Very poor and will not be putting my friends there again.

Very little .. probably the breakfast

Cons:

The room was dirty. The toilet contain human waste on arrival and the shower was poor and there were used cotton buds with ear wax in the room.

The bar person was surly and the bar was sloshing with drink on the counter and the tables had not been cleaned and all sticky!

Great location, buzz and vibe but didn’t deliver overall

Cons:

Well used venue for both residents and non residents not enough front of house staff only one waiter in restaurant and no one clearing outdoor drink and food table debris leaving the seagulls to fill their stomachs!
The general feel was a little grubby in the common areas as well ( we were there in the heatwave however )

We have visited before because of its location and the hotel is clean and tidy
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast and the location is excellent right in front of the beach

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have a blind so when the light was on people could clearly seeing.
The fan was inadequate and I had to ask for another one.

Room had mugs and tea and coffee but no kettle did not realise untill morning which was to late. Room was very hot window did not open , fan was not efficient. You think yoi are getting a good price room but actually you are given a room that nobody would pay full price for

Great hotel & location to meet our needs
Pros:

We’ve been staying at this hotel for over 15 years and it is an ideal location for our requirements to visit family in the area.
Breakfast was good .
We had some lovely meals and the service from the staff was excellent.

Cons:

Pretty much everything was as to our liking .

Very disappointing
Pros:

Looked nice from the outside & being on the seafront convenient.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the hotel our room no 6 was very noisy being right on the car park & the rubbish collection early in the morning & the noise of the showers in the adjoining rooms made it both difficult to get to sleep & woke us up very early. No air conditioning didn’t help. The breakfast was ok but overcooked.
