Notre séjour a été très agréable dans notre chambre toute jolie

Chambre cosy avec vue sur le canal. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité ainsi que les petites attentions comme les biscuits d'accueil dans la chambre, la qualité des gels lavants de la salle de bain, la salle d'accueil avec la citronnade, le café... ainsi que la mise à disposition de parapluies quand il pleut.

Mažas viešbutukas ant kanalo. Siauri ir statūs laiptai, kambarys mažutis, tualetas su dušu dar mažesnis. Apsistojant ilgam ar su dideliais lagaminais, gali būt kiek per ankšta, tačiau mums visko užteko. Labai paslaugus ir draugiškas aptarnaujantis personalas. Aplink daug kavinių ir mažų krautuvėlių, iki centrinės stoties apie 15 min pėsčiomis. Langai mediniai, todėl gan gerai girdisi garsai iš gatvės ir kanalo, bet nakties metu visai ramu.

Lovely welcome from staff with a bottle of prosecco. Outstanding location overlooking the canal & close to everything. Beautiful heritage building.

Cons:

The room is small & dark. Bedside lights didn't work & room light kept turning off & on when you moved on & off the bed. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Very expensive.

Really great location.
Pros:

Great location, accommodating staff. Great to be able to leave bags before and after check out and to have a quiet self contained space in the centre of town.

Vue sur le canal superbe! proximité du centre, très beau de l'extérieur ! Hôtel sympa. Positif!

Cons:

Chambre très petite, hôtel très petit, mais la taille de la chambre était annoncée à l'avance donc ce n'est pas une critique mais une constatation. Pas de climatisation, pas de chance pour nous il faisait 32 degrés ce jour là.

Pros:

Cute hotel, great location right on the canal and easy walk to attractions. It is in an historic building so as with all of them, it has steep, narrow stairs to get up and down to your small room. They do however winch your luggage up the outside for you which is fun to watch.

Excellent stay, would visit again!
Pros:

Excellent location - central to everything we wanted to do. Clean room and linens, comfortable beds and lovely toiletries. Easy check-in/check-out process with friendly staff. Being able to leave luggage at the hotel at both ends of the trip was extremely helpful. Having the coffee machine in the reception area was a nice touch. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Cons:

Though it didn't affect us, we noted that it would have been difficult to get full sized luggage up the steep staircase. Just the nature of the building, but worth bearing in mind :).
