Chouette séjour, vue sur canal magnifique
Pros:

Vue sur le canal superbe! proximité du centre, très beau de l'extérieur ! Hôtel sympa. Positif!

Cons:

Chambre très petite, hôtel très petit, mais la taille de la chambre était annoncée à l'avance donc ce n'est pas une critique mais une constatation. Pas de climatisation, pas de chance pour nous il faisait 32 degrés ce jour là.

Pros:

Cute hotel, great location right on the canal and easy walk to attractions. It is in an historic building so as with all of them, it has steep, narrow stairs to get up and down to your small room. They do however winch your luggage up the outside for you which is fun to watch.

Excellent stay, would visit again!
Pros:

Excellent location - central to everything we wanted to do. Clean room and linens, comfortable beds and lovely toiletries. Easy check-in/check-out process with friendly staff. Being able to leave luggage at the hotel at both ends of the trip was extremely helpful. Having the coffee machine in the reception area was a nice touch. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Cons:

Though it didn't affect us, we noted that it would have been difficult to get full sized luggage up the steep staircase. Just the nature of the building, but worth bearing in mind :).

De poveste.
Pros:

Totul a fost conform prezentării și așteptărilor. O cameră micuță dar cochetă într-o clădire tipică, foarte curat, personal drăguț și locație la câțiva pași de orice obiectiv de interes, de gară pentru plimbări în împrejurimi, în centrul istoric al orașului. Împrejurimile sunt de vis.

Great service, historic Amsterdam hotel.
Pros:

Amazing service, very quaint rooms and great location. I had a big luggage and I saw the guidance about the lack of elevators. The 2 kind gentlemen at the front desk helped me to move my luggage up using this amazing and historic Amsterdam technique that was such a fun sight!

Loved our room (#17)

Cons:

Unless you stay in the room on the first floor you’d need to be an alpinist to climb those stairs!
Also, there was only a staff person there at check in. After that you are pretty much on your own.

Vérifier le chauffage avant notre arrivée aurait tout changé !

Bel hotel bien situé avec des chambres confortables et un distributeur de boissons

Cons:

Radiateurs non allumés à notre arrivée qui dissimulaient en fait une panne de chauffage et aucun personnel sur place et aucun moyen de joindre quelqu un pour avoir une solution *couette ou radiateur portatif* - pas de fenetre isolante et -4° dans les chambres
Avons vu un personnel le matin qu à 9h qui a confirmé la panne mais ne s est pas excusé ni n a proposé de solution car étions tous gelés et fatigués avions tous grelotté dans la nuit et très mal dormi
Ce qui nous a quelque peu gâché notre court séjour

Perfeita!!!! Voltarei em breve e me hospedarei novamente neste hotel!

Tudo! A vista pro canal é linda vale muito a pena! O Paulo é o David são brasileiros, fez total diferença atenção e cordialidade deles! Era meu aniversário e o quarto foi enfeitado com bexigas, amei demais! Cama e chuveiro excelentes e a localização do hotel é perfeita!
