La ubicación es excelente, en una zona muy céntrica y perfecta para conocer Ámsterdam. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y el personal fue muy amable y atento. Además, el hotel tiene mucho encanto y un ambiente muy típico de Ámsterdam.

Cons:

Hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar. En la planta de arriba no había WiFi, algo bastante importante hoy en día y especialmente incómodo si necesitas trabajar o conectarte durante la estancia.

Por otro lado, la máquina de café solo estaba operativa de 9:00 a 18:00. Este horario resulta poco práctico para un alojamiento, ya que cuando estás de viaje es habitual madrugar y querer desayunar o tomar un café antes de salir.

Great location, comfortable room and excellent staff.

Cons:

It was in a great location walking distance to many museums and restaurants. It was right on a canal so fairly quiet.
The staff was wonderful Paolo and Manuel were exemplary! They really took very good care of us! Helped us with dinner reservations and even chilling some prosecco for us. They made the stay worthwhile.

Kein Wlan im Zimmer!! Kein Zimmerservice!! Beides trotz Angebot. Ein Spucknapf als Waschbecken, wegen Ablage darüber kaum zu nutzen!

Beautiful traditional building, Excellent location. Good value. Great views. Comfortable bed. Lovely welcome treats.

Cons:

Was forewarned but stairs to level 4 are super steep. Furniture placement a little tight around window. Quite hot in mini heatwave. Fans were provided. No tea/coffee in room. Too difficult to go up and down stairs to small refreshment area on ground floor. Minimally manned reception.
