Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

card holder is not staying at the Hotel (to present documentation) or if payment
or if the payment is made with a virtual card, the reception will request a new payment

As instalações são maravilhosas, muito conforto de lobby.
Os quartos da categoria premium, com manutenção ao dia, cheirinho de limpeza.
O cardápio do bistro para jantar do quarto surpreende. Recomendo a pizza 4 queijos para as crianças.

Cons:

O trato do funcionário da piscina.
Ele não é do mal, mas está mais preocupado com cumprir as regras do chefe do que com a experiência do cliente.
Capaz melhorando a forma de comunicar-se com os clientes deixe tudo 100% de alta categoria.

A estrutura do hotel, limpeza e localização é o ponto alto do hotel.

Cons:

Estacionamento pago à parte, café da manhã pago a parte. O café da manhã tem muitas opções, mas não é saboroso. Eh pago 47 reais por pessoa por dia. Não achei que valeu a pena.
