According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

card holder is not staying at the Hotel (to present documentation) or if payment

Café da manhã muito bom .

Cons:

Na hora da reserva , NÃO COLOCAM QUE NÃO ACEITAM HILUX NO ESTACIONAMENTO PELO MOTIVO DE RESTRIÇÃO POR ROUBO. Tive que caminhar algumas quadras para achar um estacionamento pagando 100,00 a diária .

La atención del personal sobre todo la chica Ana de recepción una genia. Muy amable y me ayudó bastante con lugares y siempre dispuesta a encontrar una solución.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos el baño con una canilla rota, el internet que tenían una vergüenza, solo funciona en portugués, la televisión también solo portugués y 5 canales, la piscina con demaciado cloro en exceso. Y para terminar a los huéspedes le cobran agua caliente ya sea para tomar mate café o te. Pésimo el hotel en ese servicio

Os quartos da categoria premium, com manutenção ao dia, cheirinho de limpeza.
O cardápio do bistro para jantar do quarto surpreende. Recomendo a pizza 4 queijos para as crianças.

O trato do funcionário da piscina.
Ele não é do mal, mas está mais preocupado com cumprir as regras do chefe do que com a experiência do cliente.
