According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Hotel con personal amable, siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas y ayudar. La ubicación era céntrica, estaba cerca de shopping, farmacias, tiendas y lugares de comida. A pasos de Av. Brasil, y a un par de cuadras de la costanera. El desayuno era estilo Buffet muy completo y rico. Hay una piscina temperada con tinas de hidromasaje muy buenas, además una piscina a temperatura ambiente. Hay zonas de esparcimiento con juegos. Disponible computadores y zonas de descanso.

Cons:

Las instalaciones del hotel en general le faltan remodelar. Se notan ya sufridas por el paso del tiempo, si bien son funcionales, ya requieren cambio. La habitación es adecuada para descansar, pero le faltan comodidades, quizás mejorar las camas, modernizar los muebles. La televisión solo disponía de 5 canales. El internet no lo utilizamos en verdad pero estaba disponible el Wifi del hotel.

De péssima qualidades, não tem serviço de bar na piscina, não tem máquina de café, e o pior hotel que já me hospedei.

Gostamos muito, o Hotel é muito chique vale cada centavos investidos, pretendemos voltar outras vezes.
O café da manhã de hotel de primeira classe.

Cons:

A água da piscina mto quente, tava saindo fumaça. O chuveiro ótimo, a torneira da pia opção de quente e frio, o quarto completo com microondas, pratos, talheres e copos .
