According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Parece un hotel 4 estrellas y es de una sola.

Las personas que atendían generalmente buenos, sobre todo en piscina y desayunador
La zona hermosa a 5 cuadras de la playa, re tranquilo para caminar, a una cuadra de Av Brasil.

Cons:

EL hotel parece lindo de lejos, al entrar no tanto! Pongo las cosas relevantes que me parecen un fiasco:
La habitación se limpió siempre pero una pasada por arriba
En la habitación las percianas de aluminio no cerraban y se escuchó un ruido constante de al lado que no deja dormir.
Nos cobraron a parte 80 reales el guardado de la camioneta, y se la llevaban a otro lado, nunca supe a donde hasta que les dije que no podía esperar 40min para que la traigan cuando la necesitaba y... la dejé enfrente destechada y al sol y lluvia. Pero había que dejar la llave ahi, una locura total.
Las piletas, un asco, un olor a viejo terrmible. Los que trabajan ahi un 10, re amables, gente buena y laburantes piolas.
En la recepción maso, se demoraban para comprar unos chocolates, o pedir las llaves de la cambioneta hasta 10min, siempre hubo una sola persona, imposible para tantas personas.
El desayuno un 10, re rico, bien atendido y limpio.
