According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

card holder is not staying at the Hotel (to present documentation) or if payment
or if the payment is made with a virtual card, the reception will request a new payment

Pros:

Decepcionada, reservamos mediante as fotos apresentadas no booking, chegando no quarto não condiz com as 4 estrelas que possui, daria 2, 3 tranquilamente.
Colchão duro, chuveiro bem ruim.
Enfim, decepcionada com o quarto, esperava que fossem os que constam nas fotos.
