Nice place with good beach front perfect for summer we loved here so much

We loved the hotel’s location on the peninsula. It has its own private beach, which we used throughout our stay. After 7 p.m., the beach area turns into a restaurant. We were extremely happy with our swimming experience and didn’t feel the need to visit any other beach. The view was also amazing.
The reception was staffed 24/7, and the breakfast was very good and offered enough variety. I had read some reviews saying that the sun loungers were dirty, but the ones by the beach were clean.
The hotel is a little old and could use some maintenance and renovation. Based on previous reviews, we were worried that there might be mould in the rooms, but thankfully there wasn’t any. The rooms were simply a little dated and in need of some upkeep.
Although the restaurant has a beautiful view, its prices are slightly higher than those at other hotels, and I didn’t find much variety on the dinner menu. A taxi to Kaş town centre costs around 450 TL, where you can find many more dining options.
The hotel does not have its own car park, so you need to find a parking space nearby. The roads are quite narrow, and finding a suitable spot can be difficult. We parked the car and used taxis whenever we went into the town centre, which was much more convenient.
If your room is on one of the upper floors, you need to walk up and down approximately 125 steps to reach the beach. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it may be worth keeping in mind. Other than the hotel needing some maintenance, everything was lovely.
C’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet établissement, car j’aime beaucoup l’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui possède sa propre beach. C’est idéal pour les personnes qui souhaitent se reposer et profiter de la nature. Le centre-ville se trouve à seulement 5 minutes en voiture.
Le personnel est également très serviable et vous aide pour le parking, donc aucun souci à se faire de ce côté-là. Cette année, j’ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention, la gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux du personnel.

Плесень в ванной , ценник в ресторанах просто очень высокий / мы ходили есть в соседний отель , цены в 2 раза ниже ! И большое разнообразие блюд
The property had perfect buffet breakfast and their beach club was perfect so you don’t have to look for a beach there since the whole area is on a high hill.
Location is very hard to reach , parking is the worst, you will have to squeeze your small car on the down scary slope or finding a spot that is harder than graduating from college - basically there are no dedicated parking - Also staff speak no English so good luck with that, AC was not blowing air properly so I had to clean up the Filter my self !! And also they gave us a room which I did not choose and smaller than what I requested ! First day they did not clean our room although I put the sign.

Sunbeds were every night wash by water, if staff would clean them up better, it could be perfect, because they were dirty a bit
This is a really charming hotel with an incredible location and it feels very relaxing. The decking by the sea is incredible and they just added new umbrellas and sunbeds. It also has two pools with good views and in general it is a really beautiful and peaceful hotel.
Breakfast was good with fresh local produce and had an incredible sea view every day.
Getting to town: you can get a shared minibus into town for 60TL per person. They run twice an hour at 10 past and 40 past each hour. Just walk up to the main road and flag it down. The last one leaves the town at midnight- if you’re later you can get a taxi for 450TL.
Rooms are a bit basic but have good AC and comfortable beds.
