O quarto estava limpo, a tv era smart e estava funcionando, e o funcionario do check in muito simpatico.
O hotel recebe muitos hospedes e não tem espaço físico grande para o café da manhã; logo as 9h é um horário caótico, filas, falta de reposição, de limpeza, muito barulho; talvez bem cedo seja melhor.
O hotel com localização muito boa, perto de tudo, funcionários atenciosos, facilidade com a bagagem, cheguei antes do horário e me ajudaram com guarda volumes, consegui deixar minhas cosias e me trocar antes do check-in

Elevadores ja não são o suficiente para todo o hotel. E ainda um dos dois estava parado.
