Pros:

Kiváló helyen van, kilátással a városra, a belváros pár perc könnyű séta. A szobák kényelmesek voltak, a reggeli bőséges, a személyzet pedig kedves.

Pros:

Het personeel. De medewerkster aan de receptie was erg aardig en attent. Een 10!
De fietsen mochten in de garage staan.

Cons:

De airco werkte niet. Het was warm en dat was echt een gemis. Het was te warm om te slapen. De wifi werkte niet. Het ontbijt was meer dan matig! Prijs kwaliteit klopt absoluut niet.

Lehetett volna változatosabb. Ami elfogyott, csak nehezen, vagy egyáltalán nem pótolták

Cons:

Csalódást keltő tartózkodás volt. A foglalás előtt külön rákérdeztünk telefonon, hogy megfelelően működik-e a klíma, és azt a választ kaptuk, hogy igen. Ehhez képest a szobában nem hűtött megfelelően, a hőmérséklet kb. 28 °C-ról 29,5 °C-ra emelkedett.

A folyékony szappan adagolók üresek voltak. A parkolás szintén problémás volt: két szabálytalanul parkoló autó további két helyet elfoglalt, ezt jeleztük a személyzetnek, de érdemi intézkedés nem történt.

A problémákat helyben is jeleztük, mégsem kaptunk megfelelő megoldást. Különösen zavaró, hogy a klímával kapcsolatban előzetesen kifejezetten félrevezető tájékoztatást kaptunk.

A négycsillagos minősítéshez véleményünk szerint a tapasztalt szolgáltatási színvonalnak nagyon kevés köze van. Egy négycsillagos szállodától működő alapvető szolgáltatásokat, megfelelő karbantartottságot és professzionális vendégkezelést várnánk el.

A helyzetet tovább rontotta a személyzet, illetve a tulajdonos kommunikációja, amelyet több alkalommal lekezelőnek, arrogánsnak és fölényesnek éreztünk. A felvetett problémák megoldása helyett inkább azt tapasztaltuk, hogy a vendég észrevételeit kellemetlenségként kezelik.

Összességében sem a szolgáltatás színvonala, sem a problémák kezelése, sem a kommunikáció nem felelt meg annak, amit egy négycsillagos szállodától elvárnánk. Nem tudjuk jó szívvel ajánlani.
