La ubicación es inmejorable para poder visitar el centro histórico de Trapani, el personal muy atento y amable, nos han ayudado en todo lo que les pedíamos, y el desayuno muy correcto, aunque mejoraría algunos aspectos del desayuno, pero en global, muy satisfactorio.
Hacía demasiado calor en la terraza donde teníamos que tomar el desayuno, aunque pusieran ventiladores e intentaran refrescar el ambiente, era demasiado caluroso. Y por otra parte hemos echado en falta un poco más de oferta salada, para los que no nos gusta desayunar dulce. Pero esto es sacarle mucha punta al lápiz... porque en realidad ha estado todo muy bien.

Given the great reviews we thought we had left the best until last for our trip, unfortunately this wasn't the case. The staff are knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for restaurants. It's centrally located and there is a nice rooftop bar where you also have complimentary breakfast in the morning.
The entrance is really safe, they have to buzz you in. It's also a charming historic building.
The rooms are outdated, had mould on the ceilings and therefore a musty smell. Our bathroom sliding door jammed and we couldn't open it. We were told to keep the door open incase we got trapped in the bathroom.
The lift is so slow! Once you've ditched the luggage take the stairs.
The rooftop bar only opens from 6pm to 9:15pm which was a shame because we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.
The hotel was very clean and rooms were fairly basic but adequate on space. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was on the rooftop bar and was fairly limited on offerings but adequate for a day or two. We were driving and the way you have to approach the hotel is through a series of one-way streets and makes the hotel a bit hard to find. The location is very convenient for walking into old town which was a plus.
Not the hotel's fault but parking is basically on the street where / if you can find it. We were able to park a block or so away at a paid meter and you have to have a lot of coins to feed the meter which the hotel provided change.
Ottima posizione, ad un passo dal centro storico e vicino al porto; ottima colazione accompagnata dalla simpatia e disponibilità del personale in particolare Enza e alla professionalità e disponibilità alla reception di Claudia.
Struttura super consigliata.
Goede locatie in het centrum van Trapani. Mooie kamer en vriendelijk personeel. We kregen gratis een upgrade 😃 naar een nog mooiere kamer!
