pobyt byl krátký , ale moc milý a pohodový, vyzdvihuji vstřícnost a ochotu personálu

snídaně , oběd i večeře super výběr, ochota personálu vysoká, prostředí čisté, bylo fajn že jsme si mohli vzít pejska ke stolu, sice jen na terasu, ale nemuseli jsme se při jídle střídat , to oceňuji velice,

Cons:

zřejmě jsme dostali jiný pokoj , měl být comfort a dostali jsme ekonomi, ale nejsem konfliktní tip, nevadilo mi to , jen by se mi líbilo kdyby mi to klidně řekli, že ten náš potřebují pro někoho jiného,
matrace byly fajn dobře se nám spalo, jen bychom ještě ocenili seznam programů,

Stilvolles Hotel im Herzen von Karlsbad

Gepflegtes Hotel mit hohen Räumen (Altbau) und Flair. Parkplätze sind knapp - es empfiehlt sich das örtliche Parkhaus zu nutzen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner hoteleigener Pool ist frei zugänglich. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich. Das Zentrum von Karlsbad lässt sich zu Fuß gut erreichen.

Disappointed fully - expecting 4star hotel not 3 star hotel standards

Cons:

Poor breakfast,
Poor service
Poor location and parking management
Rooms outdated
The costs too high for the standard offered
No real spa facilities and during the weekend there is no one available for massages etc
Surprised to see so many happy Russian citizens cheered up by the service team on the site

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein zweiter Kaffeeautomat wäre gut .Das ständige Anstehen am Kaffeeautomaten war lästig. Es war schön
und wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist Ok!

gelungener Kurzurlaub bei fantastischen Wetter.
Pros:

Lage sehr Zentral (für Menschen ohne Einschränkung) da das Hotel am Berg liegt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen von Karlsbad
Zimmer OK und sauber.
Frühstück war sehr gut nur der Obstsalat fehlte.

Cons:

eine 2. Kaffeemaschine macht Sinn oder auch Thermoskannen direkt auf dem Tisch.
