Prima voor doorreis maar geen aanrader voor lange duur vakantie
Pros:

Grote kamer welke zeer goed schoongemaakt werd
Zwembad prima en schoon

Cons:

Slechte schoonmaak restaurant
Ontbijt is redelijk maar beperkt
Algehele staat van gebouw en zitjes rondom zwembad matig onderhouden
Geen bar om iets te drinken, geen terras om lekker buiten iets te drinken in de avond

Pros:

L’habitació és amplia.

Cons:

Està molt deteriorat. Veníem per l’spa i la piscina estava bruta, faltava una rajola a la piscina, estava oxidat tots els materials molt vells, falta una renovació estructural. Tots els vidres bruts ens hem sentit molt incomodes. El personal està desmotivat.

Arnaque, sa mérite pas de porter le noms palace et d’être un 4 etoile

Je n’ai rien aimé, service client catastrophique qui n’essaye pas de se rattraper

Pas d’équipement dans les chambres, chere pour ce que s’est, 0 accueil a notre arrivée, aucune aide pour les valises. Pas de bienvenue

Cons:

Gli orari della piscina sono un po' stretti. Quella esterna apre alle 10:00 e chiude alle 19:00. Troppo tardi l'apertura...

Le service client m’a surclassée après mes plaintes ..

Cons:

Cette hôtel est loin d être un 4 étoiles
Accueil médiocre , pas d aide pour les bagages , pas d eau dans la chambre sauf dans le mini bar en supplément , pas de machine à café ,pas de bouilloire pour ne serai que un café soluble .
Les chambres sont très anciennes , isolation est à revoir , très très bruillant de bon matin
J ai du me plaindre 3 fois à la réception pour qu on me prenne au serieu et qu on change ma chambre au bout du deuxième soir

Potenzialità di un 5 stelle ma non vengono sfruttate al 100%

Bellissime le piscine, sia quella interna che quella esterna, struttura pulita e personale gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione. Bellissimo l'ippodromo dove il sabato sera si può assistere alle corse. Camere comode e spaziose con balconi immensi.

Cons:

Scandaloso il servizio nella piscina esterna, tavolinetti e poltroncine non vengono mai puliti. Ho chiesto un portacenere e la ragazza mi risponde testualmente così, cercatelo in giro. Bar sprovvisto delle più elementari bevande. Veramente non ho mai visto una ragazza più inadeguata a svolgere un servizio che dovrebbe avere come obbiettivo il benessere del cliente. Neanche il ristorante è all'altezza di un 4 stelle, ho assaggiato due piatti entrambi immangiabili, un insalata di mare completamente insapore, un polipo praticamente bruciato su un tortino di patate asciutto,anche questo immangiabile.

Tutto perfetto. Dall'accoglienza , i servizi di pulizie con le lenzuola profumatissime. Poi che dire colazione eccezionale buffet pienissimo, e vorrei dire a quelli che scrivono della colazione scarsa , ma se la roba se la portano via naturalmente ci si mette tempo per rimpiazzarla, visto con i nostri occhi. Poi volevo ringraziare il sig. Carmelo ,responsabile della ristorazione per la sua gentilezza professionalità e simpatia e poi tutto il suo staff ECCEZIONALE. In piscina abbiamo conosciuto Zuric ,non avemmo potuto conoscere persona migliore. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Grazie a tutti
