Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war super freundlich und hat ihn sehr gut bedient. Tolle Poolanlage.

Cons:

beim Frühstück gab es nur Automaten Kaffee, der nicht zum Trinken war. Hier wäre einen guten Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine zwingend nötig!!

Pros:

Very good location, it is perfect for mini trips to Siracusa , Noto , Avola, Modica.
Nice rooms , breakfast and services. We really liked the pools and the fact we ate breakfast and at the same time had view of the Mediterraneo Ippodromo.

Ωραία τοποθεσία αλλά χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο. Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο από τα καλύτερα, υπέροχο πρωινό και πολυ καθαρό.

Prezzo eccessivo e staff sgarbato, non lo consiglio.

La pulizia della camera

Cons:

Lo staff è stato assolutamente sgarbato quando ho gentilmente chiesto dell’acqua alle 11:30,perché senza accorgermene stavano facendo le pulizie, non c’era neanche un bar aperto nella struttura durante tutta la giornata se non in piscina , durante la colazione non ho sentito altro che urlare una signora dello staff ed è stato assolutamente poco piacevole a quell’ora della mattina. Ho pagato €439 per due notti in una suite che era tutt’altro che una suite, ricoperta da tende che facevano entrare la luce alle prime ore del mattino. Ritengo il prezzo totalmente inaccettabile ed eccessivo per i servizi e la struttura che dovrebbe essere un 4 stelle.
