I had a pleasant 2-night stay at Essenwood Park Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and the environment was peaceful. “The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay.
Check-in was smooth thanks to the professional and polite receptionist.

Reception staff was extremely helpful. That’s the only great thing there

Nothing,the was no glasses even in the bathroom.
The was no mirror in the room I stayed in.
The was no ironing board had to iron on top of the table.

The lady at reception was friendly

Cons:

The place does not feel clean, there is fan-like thing that blows and makes noise for the whole night. The curtain/blind has mould, the shower does not run properly, the view over the window was extremely untidy, the bed was very uncomfortable, the side drawers of the bed fall off when you open them, the braai garden that is advertised onthe website does not exist on premises.
