Estadia boa, bem localizada, valor com desconto vale a pena.

O quarto ótimo para receber uma família de 4 pessoas. Quarto em geral confortável. Espaços de convívio bons, café da manhã bom. boa localização.

Cons:

Não gostamos muito do primeiro atendimento na recepção, atendente foi grosseira e pouco prestativa. Havia uma ficha de turismo para preencher e não foi muito fácil, a atendente não foi muito solicita inicialmente com uma coisa que era uma novidade para nós, mas depois acabou resolvendo.
Os rejuntes do banheiro estavam bem sujos. Sei que é algo que as vezes vai ficando manchado mesmo, mas parecia que fazia tempo que não havia uma limpeza bem completa. Se eu não tivesse tido desconto, acharia caro por esses motivos.

A experiência do Check in foi muito ruim. Levou cerca de trinta minutos de espera. E não tinha fila nenhuma. Foi péssimo aguardar tanto tempo. E com duas crianças pequenas, ainda.
