Pros:

Gostei muito do hotel, começando pelo quartos achei limpo e o café da manhã está maravilhoso.

Cons:

Achei um absurdo terem me cobrado duas vezes o estacionamento, tive que sair na correria e só fui ver quando cheguei, entrei em contato com o hotel e não me responderam até agora!

Café da manhã bom no geral, mas o café (aquele coado) forte demais, gosto amargo.
Pedido no restaurante, para servir no quarto, muito demorado. Mais de uma hora para servir um misto quente e uma salada caprese.

Para a nossa finalidade, foi ok. Mas se precisasse ficar mais dias, teria que rever.

Cama bem espaçosa. Instalações ok. O rapaz que nos recebeu no estacionamento, muito querido e prestativo.

Cons:

Quarto escuro, iluminação péssima. Principalmente para nós mulheres, que gostamos de maquiar. Fomos eu, meu marido e dois filhos, estava frio, e ficaram “se fazendo” para entregar outro cobertor quando pedimos. O travesseiro, um deles estava “rançoso”, parecia que já tinham usado. Pegamos do guarda-roupas. Sorte que tinha mais no quarto.

Decepcionante.
Pros:

Localização e disponibilidade de estacionamento no local por um valor aceitável.

Cons:

Hotel muito decadente, chega a ser triste ficar lá. O carpete do corredor é sujo. Os móveis do quarto e do corredor estão desgastados e muitos quebrados. O box do chuveiro não fechava (quarto 522) e molhou todo o chão. Na banheira tinha uma placa impressa e colada informando que a mesma se encontrava em manutenção, achei gozado, pois acredito que seria mais fácil arrumar a banheira do que fazer uma placa de plástico, impressa e colada ali. Um hotel no local mais valorizado de POA deveria ser melhor cuidado.

Acomodações amplas e com camas boas. Chuveiro a gás muito bom. Banheiro também grande. Opção de armário amplo, também.

Cons:

Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores, bem como o hotel, em si, poderia ser mais bem conservado. Mas é um excelente custo X benefício. Preço justo e entrega o esperado. Me hospedei 2x com minha família neste hotel.
