Piscina sucias y descuidadas se nota la falta de mantenimiento, y el baño con problemas y daños qué afectaron los olores ( habitacion 1113)

El hotel es en general súper bonito. La vista desde la habitación me encantó, pero lo mejor de todo fue el silencio que se sentía dentro de la misma. La terraza con la piscina también tiene una vista espectacular. La comida estuvo muy buena y el desayuno buffet, delicioso. Trabajo remoto y había un excelente espacio con escritorio y silla para trabajar. La conexión a internet también era muy buena. Está en el barrio Villa Santos de Barranquilla, que es hermoso y seguro para caminar.
Hay luces blancas dentro de la habitación y no se pueden apagar sin dejar todo oscuro. Solo ese detalle, de resto todo muy bien.
Ubicación , desayuno y atención del personal.
Reserve dos habitaciones, una de una cama king y otra para mis hijos de dos camas dobles. Al llegar me dicen que ambas eran de una sola cama, cuando les mostré la reserva supuestamente subsanaron el “error”’pero al subir la habitación de los chicos tenía una baña doble h una pequeña. No fue lo que reservé. Mi habitación no tenía caneca y los baños muy mal la presión del agua de los sanitarios. No parece 5 estrellas la verdad, el escritorio de mi habitación se estaba cayendo.
Nos hospedamos dos noches, nunca tuvimos agua caliente, el Sr de mantenimiento fue dos veces y no solucionó el inconveniente

La habitación no tenía extractor, olía un poco a humedad por lo que no salía el valor de la ducha. El restaurante para el desayuno era pequeño, se llenaba muy rápido. Algunos espacios estaban un poco descuidados.
