Varias detalles de la limpieza:
1. La habitación tenía en los cajones basura
2. Las toallas de la piscina estában sucias y con manchas
3. La habitación no tenía caja fuerte
4. No nos hicieron entrega de control del TV
5 Se tardaron mucho en dar respuesta a todas nuestras inconformidades
El desayuno es abundante, variado y muy rico
La habitación tenía un leve olor a cigarrillo por donde sale el aire acondicionado
La ubicación es excelente
En el desayuno, al pedir huevos al gusto demoraron más de 40 minutos en entregarlos y no fue como los solicitamos.
La ducha del baño tiene mucha presión no es cómodo para bañar a los niños
El TV tenía acceso a plataformas digitales, las camas cómodas, el desayuno delicioso, en especial los palitos de queso.
El wi-fi en nuestra habitación estuvo lento. De resto todo excelente.

El hotel en general es lindo, la ubicación, se encuentra en una zona muy bonita
Los muebles de las habitaciones se ven viejos, no son modernos. A la hora de ingreso y desayuno hubo mucho desorden.
