Pros:

Je n'avais pas de petit dejeuner inclus. La chambre était bien, propre mais la fan de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. L'accès à l'hotel était difficile à cause des travaux mais nous avons apprécié notre expérience.

Près de tout, propreté et tranquillité.
Pros:

Bien situé près des ponts et des centres commerciaux...restaurants et magasins. Propre et tranquille avec enregistrement facile. Depuis que nous avons essayé cet hôtel il y a un an, nous l'avons adopté pour tous nos séjours à Québec.

Cons:

Les communications par texto et par courriel se font toujours en anglais. Nous en avons parlé la dernière fois, mais ça revient en anglais à chaque nouvelle réservation.

Hotel moderne, confortable et pratique
Pros:

Chambre moderne, bien équipée, au calme. En plus l’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking gratuit et de bornes de recharges. Pas de petits déjeuner mais une série d’en cas disponible. Un personnel très chaleureux et super fun. Bref je recommande 😀

Cons:

Pour le moment il y a des travaux sur la route principale à côté de l’hôtel ce qui rend l’accès à l’hôtel moins aisé.

Pros:

The cleanliness was very good. Enjoyed the free pre-dinner drinks on a Wednesday evening which was a nice surprise. Also the complimentary bus pass to manoeuvre through all the construction was a welcome respite.

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de cet hôtel.
Pros:

Il n'y a pas de restaurant pour le petit déjeûner à cet hôtel. Il faut aller dans un resto de déjeûner de l'autre côté de la rue à l'intérieur de la Place Laurier. Toutefois, l'hôtel est très bien en général. Notre chambre était bien insonorisée et le lit tellement confortable qu'on aurait voulu le ramener à la maison. Le personnel de la réception a été très professionnel et très accueillant. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

Cons:

Qu'il y ait un restaurant pour le petit déjeuner à l'intérieur de l'hôtel serait très pratique...surtout en hiver.
