All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

NO NOS GUSTO LA ATENCION EN LA RECEPCION, LA PERSONA FUE INCAPAZ DE ENTENDER NUESTROS REQUERIMIENTOS, TENIAMOS UNA RESERVA POR 3 HABITACIONES Y ELLA SOLO CONFIRMÓ 2, LA OTRA HABITACION TUBIMOS QUE PEDIRLA APARTE, PERO DESPUES DE UNA LARGA DISCUSION. ELLA ERA LA ENCARGADA DE SOLUCIONAR NUESTROS PROBLEMAS PERO NOS COSTÓ MUCHO QUE ENTENDIERA.

La habitación era bonita

La reservación se hizo para una celebración, pagué una habitación elevada, pregunté si era necesario reservar algo, me comentaron que solo el SPA. Cuando quiero bajar a comer, no existen mesas disponibles, NADA de nada. Me parece irrisorio que no existan mesas para los huéspedes. La habitación no es barata y finalmente uno paga el servicio de la cama y el baño. Una falta de respeto. Me ofrecen el servicio a la habitación que es peor que un menú de Mc Donalds para una celebración importante. Siento que me estafaron básicamente. Además en recepción nos dicen que nada debiese tener reserva, lo que además es Mentira.
