All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Ubicación e instalaciones de primer nivel

Cons:

Me cobraron 2 veces el alojamiento , y me están solicitando a mí documentación para calar eso , desorden total y personal de recepción. Mal capacitado , me cobraron al llegar y luego booking me volvió a cobrar

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia y bonita. El desayuno era relativamente variado. La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, frente a unas ruinas muy bonitas.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía productos de frigobar, ninguno, por lo que si tenías hambre de comer algún snack en la noche no quedaba más opción que el room service. Viajé con mi hijo de 15 años y no pudimos disfrutar de los servicios del spa ya que no podían ingresar menores de edad, entonces creo que el valor que pagué por el hotel no se condice realmente con lo que recibí.

En realidad todo estaba bien ubicado y muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones exelente pero las piscina exteriores muy bueno, lo unico es que el jackussi estaba en mantencion y no lo pudinos aprovechar, pero todo muy bueno.

Justo cuando fuimos la priisina estaban en mantencion y no la pudimos aprovechar en la tarde.
