As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. El desayuno y el spa, en general todo muy bonito es un hotel muy completo
Todas las instalaciones son maravillosas, desde las piezas, el gimnasio y el Spa.
Se solicitó al llegar al check-in pan sin gluten ya que un compañero y yo somos celíacos; sin embargo al llegar al desayuno al día siguiente la persona encargada nos dijo que no tenían.

Te exigen que tengas gorro para zona de spa y para la piscina pero la gente que sale del gimnacio despues se mete al sauna y tinas de hidromasaje sin gorros
