El hotel está muy bien situado, plaza Neptuno, pero no está a la altura de un 5 estrellas.
Hotel pequeño a rabiar, prácticamente no hay hall o recepción. Habitaciones antiguas y demasiado sencillas para un 5 estrellas.
Ottimo albergo in una posizione eccellente. La stanza molto spaziosa e confortevole. Letto grande e molto comodo.

Me alojo varias veces al año en el hotel y el personal del mesón de check in es poco amable, no tienen buena disposición a ayudar ni resolver dudas, nunca saben nada; la verdad solo me quedo por la ubicación pero estoy pensando seriamente cambiar de hotel.
Excelente hotel, de ubicación excepcional en relación con la zona de museos y artes, con hermosa vista a la Fuente de Neptuno. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Rico desayuno y expedita atención. Todo muy bien.
