Room cleaner enter my room when i take a shower :(
and took my complimentary snack when she clean the room.
I was planning to eat it at night with beer and I ate only one snack among five.

Fue una elección acertada, por la ubicación, el desayuno está muy bueno, Pero en concreto nuestra habitación la 510, no era nada cómoda, el baño muy pequeño y todo muy apretado, el dispensador de gel no funcionaba, el grifo de la ducha estaba roto, menos mal que estaba el grande del techo y nos pudimos duchar. Si dejabas el espejo de aumento un poco doblado no podías abrir la puerta. La cama es cómoda...pero a casi 40 grados en el exterior, no le veo sentido que te pongan un nórdico, cuando puedes regular la temperatura con el aire acondicionado...eso hace que tengas mucha ropa de cama por todos los lados.
NO me gustó la falta de mantenimiento en mi habitación. Que la recepciónista nos dijera que al reservar por Booking no teníamos los puntos de NH al ser miembros...no se, una sensación extraña la verdad. Para mí se queda muy corto para ser un 5 estrellas.

Location is great, next to public transportation, historical sites, shopping, dining and museums.
This is a good hotel but definitely not a 5-star hotel. It is a solid 4-star.
While the price is lower than the real 5-star hotels next to it, it does not compare to them.
The hotel is starting to show its age, but it is clean and well-maintained.
