Tuvimos un inconveniente nuestro con el equipaje y todo el equipo se puso a disposición de forma excepcional. Hablaron ellos mismos con el hotel del que veníamos y nos resolvieron el tema. Siempre con una disposición absoluta, amable y super profesional. Estamos muy agradecidos.

Great locations and facility diminished by the indifferent front desk employees.
Pros:

Loved the location, room and most of the staff.

Cons:

-the reception staff was cool, aloof, and a bit pretentious. Perhaps a smile and “welcome” could be encouraged.
The Nespresso machine in room 602 made tepid, at best, water/coffee.

Absolutely not a 5 Star hotel. a good 3 Star at best.

This hotel is absolutely not a 5 star hotel.
A good 3 star hotel is how it should be rated. No lobby, tiny rooms that are tired.
Staff is not friendly and give off the vibe of a poorly managed hotel
