Pros:

The position was great for everything. Bed was very comfortable

Cons:

A little niggle that the shower gel, shampoo were opposite end of the bath to the shower and the bath surface was quite slippery.

Great stay in a lovely hotel in a beautiful city
Pros:

We loved the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were lovely and very clean

Would have loved biscuits for my coffee!!

Difficult to get in the shower because of the bath tub, even dangerous for elder people - The bed creaked a lot

Great location for the Arts Club
Pros:

Hotel was in a great location, I chose it as i was attending a gig at the Arts Club just up the road. It had lovely decor and the room was very clean.

The only downside was when I came back from the club i sat in the lounge area hoping to get a bottle of water and a snack but no staff came to serve me or ask if I needed anything so I gave up and went to bed.

Cons:

Lack of service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Fantastic Stay – The Residents Hotel, Liverpool!
Pros:

I honestly cannot fault The Residents Hotel, Liverpool, one bit! From start to finish, my stay was absolutely fantastic and worth every single penny. The facilities were perfect, everything was in full working order, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. You can tell when a hotel takes pride in what it does, and this place definitely does!
The bed was SO comfortable, and can we please take a moment to appreciate the pillows?! 😂 Usually, hotel pillows are like hard, rock solid bricks that leave my neck hurting, but not these ones! I had such a comfortable night's sleep, which made all the difference.
The location was perfect, right in the heart of Liverpool city centre, just minutes away from some of the best shopping centres, lovely bars and clubs. Whether you're visiting to shop, explore the city or enjoy Liverpool's nightlife, you're in the perfect spot. special shout out to the receptionist, who was absolutely fantastic! Not only was the service amazing, but the recommendations were spot on. And being from South London myself, it was lovely meeting someone from South London who had made the move up here. I can completely understand why someone from London would relocate to Liverpool, the people are genuinely amazing, warm and welcoming, and that made my stay that extra, EXTRA special!
Also, a big thank you to the lovely lady who helped me when I was lost. You may not realise it, but that little act of kindness meant a lot. You are appreciated! ❤️ Everything was spot on, the value for money was brilliant, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for more.
Thank you, The Residents Hotel, for such a wonderful experience. You've definitely gained a returning guest, and I will absolutely be seeing you again soon!

Pros:

Great central location, neat and practical plus it had a fridge !

Cons:

As a single traveller it was less than roomy, for a couple it would be tight.
I don’t like the bid for an upgrade - just set a price.

The hotel confirmed there were 3 beds but unfortunately when I arrived one of the beds was a fold up bed, which wasn't a full size single.

Liverpool is a delight. But perhaps find a different room.
Pros:

The staff are excellent - helpful and professional. The building interior is lovely and freshly updated, plus the neighborhood is easy walking to shopping and the train station.

Cons:

My room was a long very narrow box with the bed and a desk wedged together at the far end under the window. Nearly all of the room's square footage is in this long unusable hallway. The bed was jammed into a nook tight against the desk, and there was no air circulation in this nook amid the late summer heat wave. I travel a fair amount, and hotel rooms are often very small in the big cities, but I've never felt this claustrophobic - I can't imagine how a couple could fit.
