Absolutely everything, the location was absolutely beautiful, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, I almost hesitate to share it because it was so amazing.

An outstanding hotel, truly 5 star. The rooms are large and have all facilities, great view over the pool and sea view. The decor is first class and a great pool, beach if you prefer. Staff very attentive and pleasant.

Nous avons tout aimé, le parc, les piscines, l’accès à la mer, la chambre spacieuse, très agréable avec une vue jardin et au calme. Le personnel très professionnel . Et le sentiment d’être seuls au monde du fait de l’aménagement dans le parc de coins « repos ». Bref le paradis

Pobyt w tym hotelu był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Już od pierwszej chwili można poczuć spokój i niezwykłą atmosferę tego miejsca. Hotel zachwyca eleganckim wystrojem, perfekcyjną obsługą oraz dbałością o każdy, nawet najmniejszy detal. Położony jest w prawdziwie bajkowym miejscu, otoczony naturą z pięknym widokiem na morze. Śniadania były przepyszne, restauracja serwowała dania na najwyższym poziomie. Cały pobyt pozostawił niezapomniane wspomnienia. Gorąco polecam każdemu, kto marzy o wypoczynku w pięknym miejscu z dala od codziennego zgiełku.
We loved the relaxed atmosphere and very professional and courteous staff. Particularly appreciated the thermal outdoor pool as it was still a bit chilly in May. Restaurant was superb and the staff were very helpful with the ferry on departure and arrival. Particularly appreciated the shuttle service to and from the port as well. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We definitely plan to go back.
We really loved everything. Only tiny negative point was the fact that you had to cross the road to get onto the beach but it was all made very easy.

La chambre était trop chaude la nuit malgré la fenêtre ouverte et l’air co n’était pas encore fonctionnel en avril.

As instalações são impecáveis — tudo muito bem cuidado, com um charme clássico e ao mesmo tempo confortável. O ambiente transmite elegância e acolhimento na medida certa.
É raro encontrar um hotel tão completo, onde cada detalhe é pensado com tanto cuidado. O Excelsior é, sem dúvida, um hotel comme il faut: sofisticado, aconchegante e inesquecível.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at, true 5 star hotel. Staff is phenomenal!
The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our every need. The entire staff went above and beyond every one of our expectations in all categories. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with this hotel and it's entire staff. I would say that it's the best experience I have ever had from a customer service standpoint and I have stayed at some top notch hotels and resorts. They take great care and pride in their hotel and in ensuring that every guest has an amazing stay!
