La localización del hotel

Cons:

La recepción ni a la llegada ni a la salida. No había puerta en el cuarto de baño, el dispensador de papel higiénico roto, el colgador de toallas roto, el picaporte del dormitorio roto, mal olor al entrar. El WIFI no se conecto. Entregamos las tarjetas de entrada por debajo de la puerta tras indicaciones de la persona que atendía por teléfono.

Cons:

A localização acaba por não ser assim tão boa para quem vai todos os dias para o centro de Madrid pois fica muito retirada e o valor que temos que pagar diariamente nos transportes e o tempo perdido não compensa o preço.
Quarto pouco limpo, cortinas visivelmente sujas e pó em toda a mobília. Não íamos com intenção de usar a cozinha, mas se fôssemos não tinha grandes condições. Tomada e exaustor não funcionam corretamente. A porta do quarto não fechava corretamente, só fechava à base da força e fazia muito barulho.
Ninguém para fazer o check-in, mas acabou por ser intuitivo, o alojamento devia ter mandado msg com os dados que iremos precisar para fazer via eletrónica, pois demoramos imenso tempo só à procura do “número da reserva” que solicitava.
Tem Wi-Fi, mas em nenhum sítio dizia a palavra-passe, só no último dia é que descobrimos.
Pequeno almoço por 3€, compatível com o preço, pouca variedade, mas com preço justo.

Todo limpio y cómodo, con aparcamiento y un Aldi enfrente. Camas cómodas.

A las 5 de la mañana la mosquitera se subió sola y generó un gran ruido que me despertó, quedándome sin poder dormir bien el resto del tiempo

La ubicación era ideal y la cama muy cómoda. Tenía unas ventanas muy grande y había mucha luz natural

Cons:

No había escobilla en el baño ni papelera. Las toallas estaban un poco sucias o con manchas. Las paredes son muy finas porque se escuchaba muchísimo a la gente hablando en la habitación de al lado hasta las tantas de la madrugada.
