Overall the stay was good
Pros:

Execelent location close to restaurants very convenient.

Cons:

We asked for a late check out while checking in and we were told we could check out at 1pm. We confirmed the next day if it was in the notes that we would be checking out at 1pm. She said she could approve our check out at 1230pm. We checked with a different person and he said we could check out at 1pm. The time difference was only 30min. It made the experience uneasy. We didn't know if we could stay until 1 or 1230pm.

Muy decepcionada
Pros:

El sistema de black out se prendía sola a las 4:00am. Lo reporte pero volvió a pasar.

El sistema de blackout se prendía solo a las 4am. Lo reporte pero volvió a pasar. Tienen muy mala acústica los cuartos, se escucha cada vez que otra habitación cierra la puerta. No te mandan la factura al final del check out y nadie te da respuesta ni por correo ni por teléfono

Una agradable estancia
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el tener restaurantes alrededor es conveniente. El desayuno buffet no lo probamos. Los colchones de las camas muy cómodos. Siempre contamos con botellas de agua. Y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

No me gustó que al limpiar las habitaciones no se cambiaran los vasos usados por vasos limpios. El café no estaba identificado. No fue posible cambiar la reserva de una habitación ni con booking, que nos dijo que era con el hotel,ni con el hotel aún estando a tiempo de hacerlo.

Pros:

Ubicación ideal en Sao Paulo, muchos restaurantes caminando pero el hotel es muy tranquilo.
Habitación muy grande

Excelente la ubicación , quedaba muy cerca todo, habia plazas restaurantes , el desayuno excelente , la atención del personal. Todo muy bien.

Cons:

Solo que el estacionamiento es independiente , pero bueno se puedo resolver sin mayor problema ya que comparten el estacionamiento de la plaza.
