Muy buen sitio en El Escorial
Pros:

La ubicación, las vistas y el desayuno

Cons:

La piscina estaba un poco fria, pensamos que estaba climatizada, fue algo que queriamos pero no disfrutamos.

Buena opción pero no a la altura de un 4 estrellas

Pros:

Well situated near to the monastery and restaurants. The room was very spacious, clean and the huge bed was very comfortable. Lovely pool to swim in after a hot day.

Cons:

The hotel only serves a buffet breakfast and they could not adapt to my dietary preferences, (unable to tolerate milk or eggs), despite notifying them in advance. Had to shop for soya yogurt in local supermarket. The hotel has no bar or cafe and no tea & coffee making facilities in the room.

Please see prior review. We split out reservation in different bookings. Please know how valuable Alex is. The other employees at the front desk were kind of rife at times. Not Alex. Always there supporting you and working so hard! He deserves a promotion! Way above the others. We have our own business and wish we could find employees as loyal as Alex. You have a gem !

Alex was the reason we fell in love with this hotel. He gets it! Makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Amazing

Our stay was perfect in every way thanks to Alex at the front desk. He works so hard to make sure every guest is happy and taken care of. Always has a smile and is the most gracious and kind person we met during our trip. This property is lucky to have him and we cannot say enough good things about the outstanding customer service he gives every minute he is working. Thank you Alex. We wish you all the very best!!

Cons:

The construction was a bummer. But the updates look amazing. And I’m sure it’s all open now.

Emplacement pour la visite et la possibilité de garer les motos devant l'hôtel.
Surclassement de la chambre.

Cons:

Installation électrique de la chambre pas au norme avec des caches prises manquants et cache ampoule manquant. Les dalles du carrelage de la salle d'eau descellées. Pas de nécessaire de confort type machine a café.
