Dog Stays
We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure).

Gorgeous property. Wonderful room.
We liked the foyer and the general vibe of the hotel,
The Shower has lovely and the bathroom in general was very nice,
the location was lovely,
Guy on the front desk was happy to help out with whatever he could,
The room was a complete disappointment,
I had spent £240 on the room and we were put on LG (Basement) with 0 view,
The "Vibe" I had mentioned was completely lost as it had just felt like the room just had things thrown into it instead of the room being planned out,
It was dirty - dust all along the windows - Hair found in bed - would drop my phone off the side of the bed to it falling in dirt,
The room didn't work - Coffee machines and stuff not even plugged in so we had to try and move it around to find plugs - The door handles would fall off making it like an escape room to leave the bathroom
Would not be staying here again complete waste of money when I could of paid the same price for a central London hotel
The Ember-Locke was beautiful and some of the staff was very friendly.
There was hair in the bath tubs. Thry told us at check-in that there was no service for a 2 day stay but there was only one small trash can in one of the bathrooms and only enough coffee and tea for one day. So we had to divide it up and one person have a coffee one day, so we had coffee for the next morning. We tried to get a meal when we got in at the resturant, and they said thry could serve us until 9:00. It was 8:40, by 8:45 I asked if someone could take our order because after seating us and telling us about the 9:00 cut off she never came back. Someone else took our order and said the food would close at 9, but we could still order drinks. There were several tables seated who were waiting for food, so we weren't thr only ones. When the first finally came back, I asked for another drink and she refused. I explained that the other waiter told us we could order something. She said she would ask her colleague because she didn't believe me. Then she did bring me a second drink after checking with the other waiter. I also asked for a glass of milk for my child and she told me she couldn't provide anything after 9:00. The customer service was very much lacking.

Gorgeous property and rooms in a great location. Feels like a luxury boutique hotel, however staff attitude does not fit with that.
Staff were not friendly and welcoming. For the price and type of hotel it is I’d expect a much warmer welcome and like staff are actually happy to greet guests instead of it seeming like a bother. Food was nice but the parmesan fries were £7 which was insane considering they were literally fries with the smallest sprinkle of Parmesan on top.
My daughter and I stayed here. It was fabulous from start to finish. The people on reception were super helpful and friendly. Our room was so peaceful looking onto the garden. We loved the kitchen area and the colours were so relaxing and felt very decadent.
Breakfast was delicious and the decor is so cool. We will be back for sure :)
Nothing -it was genuinely delightful.
Odamız bahçeye bakan taraftaydı, sessiz ve güzel manzaralıydı. Ütü ve ütü masası vardı. Saç kurutma makinası iyiydi. Ben yemek vs hazırlamadım ama isteyen için küçük mutfak yeterliydi. Otelin kahvaltı ve yemek servisi güzel di.
Oda haftada bir kez temizleniyor. Terlik, makyaj pamuğu, kulak çubuğu vs yok. Küçük mutfak var ama giysiler için dolap yok; çekmece ve askılık var, o da biraz yetersiz.

No space around bed, bedding didn't fit right.
העיצוב של המלון כל כך יפה ומזמין, החדרים נוחים ומרווחים והצוות אדיב ועשה כל שביכולתו כדי לשפר את חווית השהייה.
הדבר היחידי שאני יכולה לחשוב עליו זה המיקום אבל גם הוא לא באמת שלילי כי האזור שקט ונעים. יש תחנת רכבת קרובה למלון והוא כן במרחק הליכה מהרבה אזורי עניין בסביבה.
I stayed for two weeks and was very happy with Ember! Great with a kitchen and washer/dryer for a longer stay. Walking distance to the underground and Hyde park. I will come back!
De combi met het restaurant Eve, fijne ambiance en de prachtige tuin waar we een cocktailtje dronken. Heel aardige mensen.
De bedden stonden scheef en waren te zwaar om te verplaatsen. Daardoor lag mijn matras in een kuil (kamer LG3)
Ook lagen de tegels in de douche los en kwam er voegsel los
