Dog Stays
We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure).

Good location with a stylish interior and chique setup. Good gym facilitates and restaurant downstairs.
They don’t clean your room during the stay. At this price range I would expect at least a basic rubbish removal and bedsheet change at a minimum.
Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were not hard. Insufficient for a hotel in this price range.
We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Basic expectations at this price point.
I was aware that reviews of Ember Locke Kensington were mixed but overall I had an excellent stay and would definitely stay again. I stayed in a LG apartment which was very spacious and a great space for myself and my dog, it was a little dark and I had to reply on lighting but not too much of a biggie. There was no tv remote in my room when I first arrived (and thats how you receive the WIFI code) and the website still states that they supply a dog bed if you book a dog apartment which they DO NOT anymore, HOWEVER they still had dog beds and supplied me one very swiftly which I was extremely grateful for. There were certain corners of the apartment that could have been cleaned better but again it wasn't a deal breaker, and I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly, and the venue itself was always busy and buzzing with guests. I was happy to have found somewhere i could stay with my pooch and really would recommend it in terms of location (super close to underground and amenities)

Good location for Albert Hall /natural history museum Etc - staf fb were excellent and friendly - nice garden to sit in the sunshine - room quiet clean and comfortable.
Only minor - no draft beer and limited menu all of which is understandable as helps keep costs under control.
Came back from seeing a show at 22:45 to find bar closed at 22:30, unable to relax with friends and a drink after a good night out.
Very quiet room and good quality mattress - excellent sleep. Not far from tube. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
Positive the presence of the iron with iron board; decent hair dryer in the room.
There is no regualr cleaning of the rooms, only for extra charge. Considering that the rooms were dirty already on check-in and the price paid, I find that absurd.
Overall cleanliness in the room and other areas of the hotel is inadequate.
Flush in the toilet is too week, even for a single piece of paper.
No cutlery in the room kitchen.
The hotel is adorable and the room was very nice and comfortable! I loved that there was AC and a lift! It was conveniently located as well.
My bathroom wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival and the food in the restaurant wasn't great. Everything was wonderful though.
To be fair overall Hotel was fine but the night we stayed where we expected to enter the summer garden to enjoy outside we were unable - this was due to an event being held in the breakfast area and summer garden - hence we missed being able to eat and drink in the garden both evening and early morning - other than that Hotel was fair

Beautiful lobby and breakfast/lunch area, nice smell when you walked in.
It was not very clean in the bathroom in our room. Toothpaste stains by the sink and hairs and dirt on the bathroom door.
I had prepaid a late checkout but still someone knocked and opened our room at 10:20 but checkout is not until 11 in the first place. I asked for a refund for the late checkout and we just checked out at 11.
They did not clean our room, we only stayed for 2 nights but for a 4 starred hotel I would think you get new towels everyday and they would make your bed and maybe take the trash. But I asked for new towels late at night and they did come with new towels to the room.
The ambience and decor were stunning

+ the lift in entrance were not working
Another wonderful stay - the hotel was every bit as brilliant as last time.

Check in was rommelig en duurde eindeloos. Personeel zag je niet staan. Gelukkig was er een dame die wel gastvrij was.
De kamer worden 1xpw schoongemaakt. Booking kan dat beter vermelden.

Really lovely decor, good sized room and quiet.
The room could have been cleaned a little better. There were a few crumbs on the sofa in the room and on the floor when we arrived.
