Would definitely not stay again
Pros:

Convenient location. Air conditioning.

Cons:

I wish I had taken the google reviews more seriously. The room was dirty when I arrived late at night. There was a huge gross footprint on the couch. Nothing felt like it had been thoroughly cleaned. Marks on the walls and carpet. Floor felt dirty. Toilet needed extra cleaning…The staff did send someone to do a clean when I let the front desk know the next morning but it never felt truly clean. Pillows and mattress were also lumpy and uncomfortable and the bathroom tub didn’t drain properly.

Had het beter verwacht.
Pros:

Hartelijk ontvangst bij receptie. We mochten eerder op de kamer. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Ligging van hotel nabij metrostation Earl’s Court waar je op Piccadilly en District Line kunt stappen. Ook nabij diverse eetgelegenheden, pub’s en supermarkten. Gezellige ambiance.

Cons:

Haperende en soms helemaal geen Wifi en geen tv ontvangst, zodat we geen WK voetbal konden kijken. We kregen daar een gratis ontbijt voor aangeboden. We konden na 2 nachten naar een andere kamer waar Wifi en tv het wel deed, maar daar lekte het water bij de kitchenette. Voor beide kamers gold dat er te weinig licht in zithoek en kitchenette was. En te weinig ruimte (21 cm) aan één kant van het bed om in bed te stappen. Geen schoonmaak (kan tegen betaling wel gedaan worden) en geen schone handdoeken vind ik niet bij een hotel horen. Daarom prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding.

Great location, super beds, gorgeous looking decor
Pros:

Location superb; the decor is eclectic and colourful; most comfortable bed; pretty well equipped fitness room

Cons:

TVs not working, therefore we had to chase the internet password (as it was on TV); some staff were a little disinterested in helping.

Pros:

Location, cosy lobby, nice restaurant/bar

Cons:

-air conditioning was barely working in the room, with no manual control possible. Not great in the current heatwave..!
-the bathroom wasn’t 100% clean&shiny, especially the shower cabin/taps. Towels were leaving fluff on the skin and clothes after use.

Poor management
Cons:

Room is dusty, cups are stain and dirty, toilet cannot flush properly, did not prepare requested for the extra bed until 1.30am and had to go to the reception to request again. Very low corners or ceiling all over the room where you will hit your head anytime. Reception was friendly but unfortunately service was poor.

Cons:

The room was not clean, after asking for it to be cleaned it still was not clean and made me feel uncomfortable. The room was also very dark and noisey from the street at night.
