Nice place with a lot of potential for a fun family holiday
Pros:

The staff was amazing, specifically Georgia who was tending bar. She gave us excellent service and even let us stay a little late to watch the end of a World Cup game. Dinner was good (though steak was overcooked), breakfast was average.
Size of the room (apartment) was nice, pool was nice for a quick dip. The grounds are beautiful! We only stayed one night but it's a nice place for a family holiday.

Cons:

The room was a little run down and could use some attention. (Mold in the showers, worn out carpet, etc)
More breakfast options for those with allergies would be nice.

Great short break
Pros:

Beautiful setting and pool was really nice (steam room and sauna great temperature). Staff all really nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately our lodge was surrounded by trees and there was no sunshine anywhere in the lodge (on outside seating area) but it's location on the site was very good.

Pros:

We Love the location. Every time we visit its always so beautiful and peaceful. The staff was always welcoming and accommodation to all our needs. I could not recommend this place more.

Beautiful location, beautiful lodges and staff were exceptional.
Pros:

It was modern, clean, had everything you might require. Location was perfect, far enough away to enjoy an idyllic countryside peacefulness but also close enough to enjoy a walk in the near by town.

Cons:

I would have preferred for the bedrooms to be upstairs because it can be a little noisy when you’re in bed and your family are upstairs but this is just a personal preference.

Great location, great facilities with lovely staff.
Pros:

On my way north to the highlands and it was a good place to break the journey. Tucked away in a beautiful location, within easy reach of the main road. Easy parking, lovely staff, great food … what more can I say. I will be stopping there again. I was travelling alone but the facilities were also geared for families. Lots to entertain on the premises and lots to enjoy locally. Self contained lodges or hotel rooms whatever suits. A real find.

Cons:

It exceeded my expectations…. Nothing, not to like.

Not worth the money - overpriced
Pros:

Location - it’s a relatively peaceful location

Cons:

The unit was not as described . It did not have the washer dryer as listed. It took me till Wednesday to get that resolved, I was leaving on the Saturday at 7am so never got full use of it.I had clothes airers as an interim solution, I don’t go on vacation to be surrounded by wet clothes. Whilst the property we paid for was “ refurbished” it was not clean. I vacuumed the cribs from the floor upon arrival. The floors had not been mopped, I throw out the brand new socks my son had been wearing as, after walking around the property with no shoes on the socks were filthy, I mean really filthy. The coffee machine drip tray was full of old coffee. The doors and paintwork require a proper wash down. There wee cobwebs and there were dead flys on the window sill upon arrival. The”gym” is beyond basic. There is little to do. The team need to visit Crieff Hydro to see what a real family resort has to offer. I would not recommend nor return.

Zu teuer für abgewohntes Zimmer und mageren Service.

Die gesamte Anlage scheint in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Leider hat man uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das direkt neben der Küchenlüftung war. Der Geruch und Lärm waren zeitweise unangenehm. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren abgewohnt, das WIFI langte zeitweise nicht bis zu unserem Zimmer, und das Zimmer wurde nur nach Aufforderung aufgeräumt. Das sehr junge Personal war nett aber schien überfordert. Für das Geld hätten wir uns Besseres erwartet.
