We liked how child friendly this was. And how close we were to the swimming facilities. Really & quite

Cons:

When upstairs in the apartment, you could hear every noise from the bedrooms. Walking, tv, speaking ect.

A nice stay in nice resort
Pros:

Excellent little houses with comfy furniture and excellent equipement.

Cons:

Everything nice. If you want a late check-out at 11 am you can have it after paying an extra fee.

Pool & spa very good

Cons:

Having to get dressed to go back to the room as the pool and spa at a separate location (walking distance)
Carpets and bathrooms need a little tlc but didn't detract from a lovely stay

Great lodges , spacious and clean

Cons:

The WIFI is not working properly most of the day and the location is kind of isolated which means if you don’t book a taxi ahead of time then forget it
You are gone
I would have expected the hotel to arrange such a transportation services but unfortunately they didn’t and also they didn’t provide the right support on how I can get to the hotel from the train station

Really comfy king bed. Nice staff. Great value for money.

Cons:

Room was boiling despite leaving window wide open all night. Woke up sweating a few times and I’m quite a cold person who likes the heat so that’s saying something. Don’t stay in room 8 as it’s right above the restaurant so a bit noisy early in the morning.

Villas need updated. Leisure centre staff were epic. Reception staff could be more helpful. Surrounding and views are am

Cons:

Asked receptionists for room number of villa as I requested one near the centre as I have small children. They didn’t give me till I arrived so I couldn’t check and had to keep what I was given. Tv is not smart tv, they are the old ones, bbc,1,2,3,4 etc. stairs creek at night in villas. You can’t check out at noon, 11am is latest even after requesting. Problem is that they want you to modestly clean up so best to do it at night as it’s self catering. If you leave it till morning, you need to be up at 7:30 to get showers and out by 10am check out.
Reception staff, asked Cameron for change, as kids wanted to play pool, I only had Apple Pay, he declined. Went back in after 10 mins and approached another member who happily gave us coins. These were vital as apart from centre there is only pool and air hockey to play for kids.
