Ubicación, rapidez en check in, horario de desayuno, que dan el estado de cuenta tras pagar en check in , tamaño de la suite.

Cons:

El servicio a las 5am en el desayuno no es bueno. Al ser hotel de aeropuertos muchos llegamos 5am en punto y no hay personal suficiente.

Location at T2 is fantastic. Dinner in the Mexican Restaurant in the Bar was very good and a good value. Staff was very good. Bed/bedding was quite good as well.

Cons:

Bathroom was the worst part. The sink smelled like a urinal. The toilet was old and gurgled the whole time. The towels were very thin and smelled a bit like solvent.

Cons:

Pedi Cambio de habitación, pues la palanca del baño estaba defectuosa.
Las sábanas sucias con moho en el cuarto que me asignaron después de pedir el cambio.
Igual problema en el baño.
Manchas de mugre en los baños.
Almohadas durísima que duele el cuello por lo altas e incómodas.

Me encanto quedarme en el Hotel NH. Muchas gracias
Pros:

No esta muy claro a donde ir o por donde llegar hacia el hotel HN, pero ya una vez en el hotel fue una maravilla. Definitivamente volvere a quedarme con ustedes y el confort de los colchones en la cama, bueno, ni hablar, dormi como bebe esa noche y estaba muy cansada de la presion del viaje. Muchas gracias por tan bonita estancia. Si tan solo el precio no fuera tan alto.

Cons:

El costo, creo que esta un poquito elevado y deberia dar la oportunidad de pagar a meses sin intereses. De ahi en fuera todo excelente.

Mala experiencia. Lástima de prestigio de marca. Solo vale por la ubicación.

Lo único que tiene el hotel es que está adentro o "pegado" a la Terminal 2

Cons:

Se vale del prestigio de la marca. El personal se notaba cansado mas hacía lo posible por continuar con una atención apenas amable y aceptable. El lobby OK, pero la habitación que nos fué asignada denotaba falta de atención, aunque se ve relativamente moderna y remodelada. Cortinas desgastadas, colchones incómodos, ropa de cama percudida y que parecía no había sido cambiada. El frigobar sin surtir. Un sillón con una mancha muy visible.

Realmente el precio es muy alto por lo que se recibe, se valen solo por la ubicación cuando no queda otra alternativa y se aprovechan de esto. Evítenlo si es posible.
