Please be informed that Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP) has announced a scheduled water supply disruption in Penang from 25th to 28th April 2025.

Good location and friendly staffs. Overall, improvement is required for the price
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, but the room was small. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Cons:

We had to move room due to spoilt water heater. Property was very noisy (noises from the kitchen). Breakfast was very basic and same everyday.

An excellent hotel with comfy rooms and a good breakfast. I recommend you request a quiet room away from main reception
Pros:

Central location to main bars & restaurants and visitor attractions. Some seating areas outside of the rooms.

Cons:

The downstairs rooms we stayed in were just off the main lobby and you could hear reception & other guests talking late at night and early in the morning when in bed.

Me and my family had very pleasant stay will. Ms. Yeoh , Raj,Saraswati, Nizam and all the staff were very friendly, help
Pros:

I loved everything about the property. Beautiful antique furnishings and cozy ambiance.
Thanks to Ms. Yeoh for arranging my transportation and take away breakfast box for my early morning departure. Transport were arranged and it was very smooth and pleasant stay especially on my sudden arrival of my family member demise.

Only twin bed a bit small .

Recommended stay in George Town
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and room, very comfortable, and located in a very central area of George Town. Despite being an old-style fashioned hotel, it is super modern in all its comfort. Staff is very friendly

Personnel incroyable aux petits soins sur toute la durée de notre séjour, Nasir en particulier.
Ils ont fait un geste très attentionné pour notre lune de miel que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
La demeure est magnifique et s'inscrit parfaitement dans notre séjour à Georgetown.

La piscine très agréable et les chambres pleines de charme.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!
