Great location and service.
Pros:

Diane was very helpful getting us checked in a bit early. The location is great for walking to attractions including Garden by the Bay, the Science Museum, Chinatown and many restaurants.

Cons:

Pillows are a bit thick and heavy.

Pros:

An amazing place with the best view!. I really loved the atmosphere here—great music, and a cool, relaxed vibe. It feels festive and very cozy. The staff are fantastic and friendly. I’d especially like to mention Asel—a very kind and friendly girl who made our evening truly happy and joyful. Thank you so much for your work!

Pros:

La vista sulla baia dalla stanza, sembrava di dormire sull’acqua. La gentilezza dello staff. Una chicca: all’arrivo hanno dato a mia figlia un “pass” per i gelati che l’ha fatta felicissima!

Great to be back!
Pros:

Its always lovely to come back to Fullerton Bay hotel. Was warmly welcomed by Roszel, Maria and front office team. Stayed in jacuzzi premier bay view room which was just breathtaking.

Had a great time dining at the various outlets within the hotel. Thank you Lotha for always making us feel so welcome during breakfast and afternoon tea and ensuring we have everything we need.
Thank you Zool, Loges and bartender Roy for making us feel so welcome at lantern bar. The drinks made by Roy were amazing!
Lastly, thank you auntie siew yan for always giving the sweetest smile and ensuring we are comfortable each time we visit the rooftop pool!
Its always great to be back!

Bon expérience
Pros:

Emplacement. Personnel très agréable at a l’écoute.

Cons:

Pas bon qualité-prix. On était en ville le week-end de la fête nationale mais malheureusement les feux d’artifice n’ont pas eu lieu à la baie comme les années précédentes, ce que le prix de la chambre ne reflétait pas. Odeurs d’humidité dans la chambre.

Pros:

Stunning, spacious oom with a view over the bay. The staff were incredible, and a special call-out to Maria and Lother who both went above and beyond for us. They were so friendly and helpful we would like to return just to see them agaon one day.

Cons:

The only negative was on evening one, when we were initially turned away from the pool bar because the hotel was hosting two.corporate events and had allocated all theur tables to these externals. After some discussion, and making t he piint that I was not happy about the bar (a major selling point of the hotel.and it's location) we had some drinks standing on the deck. This was perfect and I was surprised the bar staff didn't offer this without me forcingvthe issue.

We came for dinner and left already planning our next visit. From the moment we sat down, Kylar took care of us with a warmth and attentiveness that’s genuinely rare these days — she read the table perfectly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole evening feel easy and unhurried.

The food matched the service: well-executed, generous, and clearly made with care. Pair that with one of the best views in the area and a vibe that’s polished but never stiff, and you’ve got a spot that earns repeat visits.

If you go, ask for Kylar. She made our family’s night, and we’ll absolutely be back.
