Um lugar muito acolhedor, sem barulho.
As acomodações também dão muito boas e os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos

Cons:

Eu fiquei com meia pensão e neste caso achei que havia pouca escolha de comida.
Um ponto menos positivo.

Da localização, da limpeza e do pequeno almoço até às 10h30.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha qualquer tipo de isolamento para o exterior e mesmo para o interior (a porta tinha um frecha de 1cm - o barulho do corredor passava totalmente para o quarto).

Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not working. We immediately contacted the reception, and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. However, unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issue. We were informed that there was no maintenance staff available at the time to fix the air conditioning.
We also asked whether another room could be provided, but we were told that there were no other bedrooms available. As the room was not suitable for us without working air conditioning, as we do have a one year child and it was super hot in the bedroom, so we had no choice but to leave the hotel.
At the time, we were given a full refund at the property, and we therefore left believing that the matter had been resolved.
However, five days later, I was charged the full amount of the reservation through Booking.com, and the reservation has apparently been marked under a “no-show” policy. This is completely incorrect and unacceptable. We did not simply fail to arrive at the hotel or cancel without notice. We physically arrived, reported a serious issue with the room, attempted to have it resolved, and left only because the hotel was unable to provide a working room or an alternative room.
I find it unacceptable that I am now being charged the full amount and that the situation has been recorded as a no-show, despite the circumstances and the fact that we were initially given a full refund.
I request that you immediately reverse this charge and correct the reservation status, as this was clearly not a no-show. If necessary, please also contact Booking.com to confirm what happened and ensure that the incorrect charge is cancelled.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution and written confirmation that the full amount will

Cons:

Os quartos eram muito maus, sem armários ou gavetas para arrumação.
Casa de banho com pouco espaço e com cheiro a esgoto.
Bar com mau atendimento.
Piscina com água turva o que não convidava a utilização.

Hotel agradável, mas com algumas lacunas
Pros:

Acima de tudo, da simpatia e atenção dos colaboradores. A proximidade da praia também é algo a validar positivamente. Apesar de ser um hotel pet friendly, não se sentia cheiros desagradáveis ou barulho decorrentes da sua presença.

Cons:

A piscina tem uma área de estar demasiado pequena para todos. A comida, apesar de saborosa, era pouco variada, principalmente ao jantar. Lamento a disponibilização de sumos artificiais, ainda mais numa zona onde a laranja abunda e é a fruta rainha. Esses sumos são fracos e fazem mal à saúde. A falta de roupeiro e cómoda no quarto são também um aspeto negativo, não obstante o facto de se tratar de um alojamento de praia.

A estadia no geral foi boa devido a estar perto de tudo.

A simpatia dos funcionários; a comida era extraordinária; a localização e estacionamento muito bons, que é raro em Monte Gordo.
