La suite prestige est confortable et spacieuse quand on vient avec un enfant. C'est très calme et la chambre dispose d'une terrasse avec table et chaises qui donne dans le jardin. L'établissement dispose également d'un SPA mais nous n'y avons pas été. Le petit déjeuner est correct petites viennoiseries fruits fromage blanc yaourt charcuterie œufs céréales etc. Il y a aussi la possibilité de manger au restaurant. Cette fois nous ne l'avons pas fait mais la dernière fois que nous sommes venus au mois de mai nous y avons pris notre repas du soir c'était excellent L'auberge se situe à quelques pas du zoo ce qui est intéressant car vous n'avez pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Le parking est fermé ce qui est appréciable. Bref vous pouvez séjourner à L'auberge de la Bienvenue vous ne serez pas déçu.

I have been to this hotel many times since it was taken over it is better than ever. The menu is great and the secure parking is the main reason I chose to return many times

Pros:

L'hôtel est à proximité du zoo ce qui est un avantage certain.
La chambre était propre et confortable, avec la clim.
L'accès à la piscine.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose un très bon dîner avec un jeune serveur très pro.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner manque de diversité
Le directeur de l'hôtel n'est pas avenant

L accueil du personnel ne donne pas envie d y retourner. Pas de dialogue, pas de remerciement, pas de réponse à la politesse.. bien moche pour la qualité de prestation qu on veut faire croire
