The selection at breakfast

Cons:

Checked in and was spoken about very dismissively as the manager didn't know we spoke Italian. No aircon in the room meant we had to keep the window open which meant being kept awake by the recycling glass products being taken out and then woken up by the refuse collection in the morning. The heated pool is apparently only heated in winter. And then being ignored by the poorly trained breakfast staff capped off a mediocre stay.

Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura di grande fascino
Pros:

Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva. L’hotel gode di una posizione eccellente, in pieno centro, ideale per muoversi comodamente e raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse.
I servizi offerti sono di ottimo livello e un particolare apprezzamento va al personale, sempre cordiale, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La colazione è veramente di alto livello, ricca, varia e di ottima qualità, sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel. Molto soddisfacenti anche le dimensioni della camera, ampia e confortevole.
L’unico aspetto che, a mio avviso, meriterebbe maggiore attenzione riguarda la struttura, che nel complesso risente un po’ del passare degli anni e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Non mi riferisco tanto allo stile, che anzi rappresenta una delle particolarità e del fascino dell’hotel, quanto allo stato generale di alcuni ambienti, degli arredi e soprattutto del bagno, che potrebbero essere rinnovati mantenendo comunque intatta l’identità della struttura.

Great hotel with a comfortable room and really nice facilities. The location was perfect — right in the heart of Courmayeur and super convenient for the UTMB CCC start. Exactly what I needed the night before the race. 🏔️🏃‍♂️

Ampio parcheggio con un car Valet gentile e professionale ci ha accompagnati alla reception dove la signora sarda che ci ha accolti è stata impeccabile ci ha mostrato l’hotel la camera e tutti i servizi con una gentilezza estrema! Piscina silenziosa e ben tenuta! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante divinamente per non parlare della colazione insuperabile! Camera pulita perfetta ! E cosa dire della posizione si trova sul corso principale di Courmayeur!! Una vacanza davvero rilassante con tutti i confort
