Une parenthèse parfaite au cœur de Courmayeur

Je voyage beaucoup et je peux dire sans hésiter que cet hôtel fait partie des plus belles expériences que j’ai vécues.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. J’ai eu la très agréable surprise d’être surclassée et l’équipe a pris le temps de me présenter l’établissement. Dans ma chambre m’attendaient également quelques attentions gourmandes qui donnent immédiatement le ton : ici, le sens du service n’est pas un concept, c’est une réalité.

La chambre était irréprochable : spacieuse, parfaitement propre, très confortable, avec une salle de bain impeccable et de nombreux produits d’accueil. La vue depuis le balcon sur les montagnes et le village de Courmayeur est tout simplement magnifique.

Le petit-déjeuner mérite une mention spéciale. C’est probablement l’un des plus beaux et des plus qualitatifs que j’aie eu l’occasion de découvrir, même après de nombreux voyages. Le cadre est superbe, la vue spectaculaire et chaque détail est soigné.

Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’équipe. Lors de mon départ, mon bus ne partait que deux heures plus tard. Sans même que je le demande, on m’a proposé de récupérer la clé de ma chambre afin que je puisse attendre confortablement plutôt que de rester dans le hall. Ce genre d’attention résume parfaitement l’esprit de cet hôtel.

Merci à toute l’équipe pour sa bienveillance, son professionnalisme et son sens exceptionnel de l’hospitalité. Si je reviens à Courmayeur, je reviendrai ici sans la moindre hésitation.

Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés.

La struttura ha un fascino d’altri tempi, con ambienti curati ed eleganti.
Camera spaziosa, tranquilla e con una splendida vista sulle montagne, impeccabile anche la pulizia.
Area wellness top: piscina riscaldata all’aperto e zona relax perfetta dopo una giornata in giro.
Ottima anche la colazione, varia e di qualità, con servizio discreto e attento.
