Welcomed warmly and happily had a ground floor room. Very comfortable bed and lovely space to come back to. Great breakf
Pros:

The property was a great location and easily walkable to local facilities and the town centre. Great laundry nearby too. Staff were fantastic.

Beautiful room amazing breakfast friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful property from the outside to in , room was lovely and bathroom I booked a bath for my mum as she lives in a lodge and only has a shower , was fine for me but my mum could not get out 🫣at first very deep bath ..This is not a fault just if your elderly..☺️ Otherwise perfect

Disappointing.
Pros:

Way way overpriced central fast cost cutting not walking distance to anywhere

Cons:

No way walk to station wrong
side town for price poor communication hotel picture is not a true view half private and narrow modern bit is not pictured

Not at Hotel at all it’s a B&B. Great location to walk into Chester
Pros:

The location. Great to walk into town. And the cooked breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

The cleanliness, the lack of it. Room was really thick with dust Every where especially the head board. Wet bare feet walking on the carpet became covered in lots of different hairs!! Also it’s not a hotel. It’s a posh B&B

A welcoming, clean and cosy stay.
Pros:

All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The super king size bed was very comfortable (room 2). The room is stylish, clean and warm. Nice touch having a carafe of water and a small bottle of milk in the fridge for arrival.

Cons:

Not a 5 star accommodation. Hall room smelt like cigar / smoke and my room was super loud, I could hear guests and I got woken up by people in the public car park next door.

Stone Villa us a neat treat.
Pros:

Peace and quiet even though the hotel is close to a lively city.
The room was clean and all expected facilities available the bottle of semi-skimmed milk in the fridge was a neat addition.
Very comfortable bed and sxcellent shower.

Cons:

BBC1 would have been preferable but not a crucial need.

A fabulous relaxing stay, exactly what we needed! Thank you!
Pros:

Friendly staff who were so welcoming and attentive. The room was big and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the location not far from the city Centre and lots of choices to eat and drink nearby!

Cons:

some issues with hot water which was rectified promptly

Cons:

read advert. i signed up for a room i didnt want. Paid extra to get one i did want. must be more careful with guest houses as we were carrying a large suitcase generally up narrow stairways. not good when old or tired.
