Overall we were pleased and would stay again if we are in the area.
Pros:

It was clean, staff were friendly, location was perfect for the day before our cruise.

Cons:

Wish courtyard was more usable. But it wasn’t a deal breaker to stay there. Also our room was missing a toilet paper holder. That seemed odd and u hygiene to have to hold the toilet paper to be able to use it.

Pros:

The staff was nice and the location was perfect for me. Rooms were also clean and AC worked amazingly. Every door had and electronic keypad.

Cons:

The WiFi was broken the entire time I was there so their smart TVs didn’t work and I was unable to get work done on my laptop. Also my last night there, several times, there was a guy scream outside my door/building.

I'd highly recommend
Pros:

Very friendly employees, they offer bagels and coffee in the morning free of charge, bus line 3 stops right in front of the hotel which brings you downtown within 20 minutes and drives 24/7, the area is quite tranquille and the facilities are clean.

Gutes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für eine Reise nach Miami und Umgebung
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer, man hat alles was man braucht (Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und TV funktionierten). Der Pool ist super um mal kurz zu entspannen. An der Rezeption kann man recht günstig Snacks und Getränke kaufen. Morgens gibt es gratis Bagels mit Frischkäse und Kaffee (wir haben uns einfach im Supermarkt noch ein bisschen Aufstrich gekauft und hatten so morgens ein super Frühstück!).
Das Hotel liegt direkt an eine Bushaltestelle um in die Downtown zu fahren. Außerdem sind ein Starbucks und weitere Restaurants in der Nähe. Man kann das Auto gratis parken. Wer nicht sehr hohe Ansprüche hat und nur eine Unterkunft sucht um vernünftig schlafen zu können, ist hier richtig.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels stimmt!

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es leider keinen Schrank oder kein Regal um die Kleidung vernünftig auszupacken. Die Straße direkt am Hotel ist stark frequentiert, so dass es auch mal laut wird.
