Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets. Hyatt House was clean, quiet and an excellent location. We stayed on a top floor and elevator service was good. Check in was fast and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when at the beach.

Location was great staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hiding fees checking in we did have to pay an extra $164.00 upfront but after checking out we did receive $80 back the very next morning just wish they could of been more clear about the fees., breakfast was terrible we stayed 4 days and it was the same nasty food everyday for $1800 it could of been better.

Everything it was good
The lobby was very nice.
The room that I thought I was reserving was what I was reviewing on line and when I arrived it was nothing like what was shown on line. The room was very dated. Dirty carpet. This was not to a standard of any Hyatt I have EVER stayed at for as rooms was not happy with my room stay at all for the price I paid.
