It was great.
Pros:

The rooms were quiet. We could not hear any noise from the hallway or from outside. The hotel is dog-friendly, which is important to us. Breakfast was included, and the location was virtually next door to the Las Palmas restaurant. The hotel felt secure, as fobs were used to enter the building from the beachside. For convenience, you can request a wristband fob, which was super.

Cons:

Parking across the street was a little inconvenient. Not a major issue. But I had to do a bit of navigating, drop off the suitcases, and have a family member watch them while I moved my car from the drop-off zone to the parking lot.

What hotel doesn’t have an abundance amount of sheets and towels clean?
Cons:

The pull out couch did not come with sheets, so when I requested for sheets, I was told they didn’t have any clean. They went looking for sheets, they gave me wet ones. No towels either.

Having to pay for parking will likely keep us from staying at this location again. Otherwise it was great!

Clean, the staff was excellent!!

Cons:

I absolutely did not appreciate having to pay $20 per day for parking. The room was expensive enough to cover parking!

A lively place to stay, great location!
Pros:

It was a very nice restaurant and staff, the room was spacious and I liked that it was close to the oceanfront promenade and some shops and restaurants.

Cons:

I thought the room needed some loving care- for example, the lampshades were torn and stained, the desk light didn’t work, the couch material needed reupholstering and there was a spot in the carpet that was wet, and did not ever dry (some sort of internal water leak?).

I would never stay at this hotel again and anyone I know will be aware
Cons:

Customer service was terrible it was 1 black female that was incompetent to understand thing. 1 black old male that was rude and 1 white young male that was also rude and sassy would most definitely not recommend to any one.
