Breve descanzo en familia

Me gusto mucho las habitaciones comunicadas ya que me da tranquilidad al estar conectada con la habitacion de los niños..camas muy comodas,limpias,buen servicio ....

No me gusto el desayuno ofrecido este año.prefiero el de años anteriores del restaurant Santerra...la calidad y variedad de este año no me satisfiso ,poca reposicion de alimentos el lugar pequeño...
En la piscina no hay ninguna fiscalizacion poca tranquilidad,para los pasajeros que buscamos descanzar ,los niños saltando peligrosamente y eso provoca intranquilidad en el SPA...

El desayuno, muy escaso (falta de platos, cubiertos, pocas tazas, el termo de agua caliente no alcanzaba , ya que había mucha gente en el hotel, falta de alimentos en general.)

Cons:

El hotel.pesimo el personal del restaurante donde se daba el desayuno poco amable.

Pros:

ubicación buena , con alternativas para conocer cerca muy buenos restaurantes cerca

Cons:

El desayuno debería mejorar ya que es carta de presentación para el cliente , pobre comparado con otros lugares y a que ustedes deben tener una atención mejor que el resto mas higiene y mejor servicio de comida

No siquiera un agua mineral el primer día.
He estado varias veces en el hotel, creo que esta es la peor experiencia.
Desayuno ha retrocedió bastante.
A primera hora se había "acabado" el café??

La piscina temperada.

Cons:

En el serivicio de habitacion, existe una carta donde aparece como plato unas papas fritas con un pollo a la plancha, pero no es lo que se dice, es el plato mas caro de la carta y lo preparan mal. No es parimera vez que lo prepara. la solucion solo por el mal rato por que quisieron cambiarme el plato fue entregarme un espumante, cosa que yo no bebo.
