Cons:

El personal poco amable. Se cortó el agua caliente por problemas de mantención y no nos avisaron.
Si pueden darte la habitación antes de las 16 horas no lo harán. Te harán esperar hasta la hora del check in.

Me gusto la vista y la tranquilidad que hay

No me gusto que en el desayuno hubieran muy pocas opciones , además en la mañana nos metimos al jacuzzi del spa y las piernas ardían Nose si le aplicaron algun químico pero ni siquiera nos avisaron nuestros ojos picaban y la nariz también además que no había servicio de comida a la habitación

Dejaron agua y batas, lo mínimo, pero se rescata

Decepcionante, muy mal cuidado, se nota que le faltan muchas mantenciones, lo peor es que nisiquiera había agua caliente para ducharse, partes de la ducha rotas. Recomendaría ir solo el casino, incluso el spa está muy mal cuidado

La habitación tenía un ruido de agua corriendo.
El Chat no contesta nadie
En el desayuno, la variedad, nada especial.
Y lo peor es que en el baño, la tina tiene hongos, lo que es muy asqueroso, la habitación tiene un valor de 200,000 pesos y creo que con eso podrían comprar cloro.

Se nota que hace mucho no remodelan la suite presidencial. Cortinas y alfombras viejas y manchadas. En la recepción no me dieron saludo de bien venida apenas si hablaba.
