Hotel cochino
Pros:

Un hotel que esta mal mantenido, alfombras cochinas, desayuno muy basico, espejos de los baños mal tenidos! El baño de la recepcion un asco estaba malo y lleno de confort

Este hotel no es hotel menos 5 estrellas, una estafa.
Pros:

Nada del horrible hotel, mi peor decisión de hospedaje.

Cons:

Al ingresar a habitación sé siente mal olor a encierro, como si recién se levantaran los huésped anteriores. Alfombra asquerosa sucia y muy manchada, no se entregan batas, secador de pelo ,ni toallas, ,camas juntas una con otra mal estado jamás fui Kung, baño agua fría. Muebles gastados viejos, los controles remotos de tv no funcionan. Cobertor de cama muy roto. Más encima tienes que pagar para entrar al casino, hotel 5 estrellas una estafa, no lo es .
NO RECOMIENDO.

Mala mantencion de las instalaciones.
Alfombra pasillo sucia y desgastada.
Ventana terraza no cerraba bien, Soporte de dispensador jabón se soltaba desde los tornillos, barra porta toalla mano suelta, puerta ascensor 2 abría con problemas, lavamanos y tina se obstruía al usar, enchufes detrás de camas muy escondidos para acceder y cama con colchón qué se hundía.

Lejos el servicio en el restaurante es lo más destacado, un equipo que se esfuerza por hacer sentir al cliente como un hotel 5 estrellas, al desayuno al menos.

Cons:

Es un hotel que se encuentra en venta, por lo tanto todo está botado, sucio, descuidado. Está en un lugar de la Avenida del Mar en que el ruido de las discotheque, las carreras de auto y otros sonidos propios de la noche se escuchan hasta las 4 a 5 de la mañana. La limpieza es quizás lo peor, que no tengas que ir a un baño en el hotel, un asco. El área de los estacionamientos, que es al aire libre, son un basural, llenos de escombros, mugre... horrible. En fin podría enumerar muchas cosas con las que cuando pagas más de US$ 200 la noche te hacen sentir estafado. Es un pena tan bonita infraestructura, completamente deteriorada. No volveré!!! Me lo habían comentado pero no creí y me arrepentí-

Solo la.ubicación.

Cons:

La atención pésima, en cuanto a precio/calidad cada vez es peor...la higiene de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear en general la higiene es pésima.
Los complementos como televisión es antiguo y no tienen control para todos los Huéspedes, al menos eso nos contestaron.
Casino: si eres huésped, mínimo que la entrada al casino sea gratis.
El trago de cortesía malo, mejor ni molestarse en solicitarlo.
Desayuno: bajaron la calidad y el lobby jamás nos indicaron que habían cambiado el salón del desayuno, ya que habitualmente paramos ahí cuando viajamos desde stgo o viña.
Finalmente, el hotel va en decadencia.

La habitación estaba muy deteriorada, alfombra toda manchada, baño con hongos, sin manutención, paredes con filtración, pasillos del piso 5 todo lleno de manchas, muy caro, pero muy para lo que está convertido el hotel.
