Desayuno impecable, todo muy rico. multiples opciones para comer con una grata vista y un muy buen servicio

Cons:

El estacionamiento no se entiende cuando se paga y se hace lento la salida de esto, tampoco preguntaron por la patente para ingresarla

Solo la ubicación.

Cons:

Nada me gusto. Tome la suit presidencial, pero pareciera que era para el presidente del club de carretoneros. Muebles exageradamente viejos, se desastillaban, las cortinas sucias y con polvo. El citofono no funcionaba. No hay agua ni café de cortesía en la habitación. La mucama hizo la habitación a las 4 de la tarde. No lo recomiendo por nada. Valor muy caro para el muy mal servicio.

Pros:

La vista de las habitaciones es hermosa.

Cons:

Falta muchísima mantención en todo. Las alfombras sucias, cables sueltos, se sale el agua de la ducha, las paredes todas trizadas. Además la atención muy pobre para lo que se supone ofrece el hotel. Solo está disponible el restaurant. No hay un bar/cafe donde sentarse a conversar y tomar algo a no ser que pagues la entrada al casino.

NO ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE NOS QUEDAMOS, EL HOTEL ES EXCELENTE, LAS INSTALACIONES COMO EL SPA UNA MARAVILLA, LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL FUE MUY BUENA SIMPRE, NADA QUE DECIR SIEMPRE QUE VAMOS SALIMOS FELICES

PODRÍAN HACER UNA PEQUEÑA MEJORA A LOS INTERIORES, LAS CHAPAS UN POCO SUELTAS, LE FALTA UNA REVISION DEPSUES DE TANTO AÑOS FUNCIONANDO.

Pros:

La ubicación y los panoramas con los que cuenta el Hotel.

Cons:

Primera vez que vamos a un casino con mi señora, queríamos registrarnos como socios para poder jugar en las maquinas y ninguno de las 4 asistentes a los que preguntamos nos explicó como era el sistema de juego (tarjeta, carga de dinero, etc). Por ultimo el camino hacia el desayuno lo encontré algo extraño.
