Pros:

It was comfortable. They had a good selection of good brands of tea.

Cons:

Nothing. I would have been a little closer to the city central but I chose it so it was fine.

Water leaks out to the floor when you have a big shower.
Pros:

Big space with kitchen, good size bathroom. Location just walking distance to the light rail.

Cons:

Would be good if they provide a robe to use in the room.

parking is very secure.
Pros:

Good location. Not far from town centre.
Secured parking off street and out of weather. Yes you have to pay for it but it is worth it.
Clean and modern.

Cons:

The car park was being renovated so a bit of a challenge getting in and out. It was not a deal breaker so still very good.

The shower was lovely but the tiny metal lip under the door did not keep any water inside the shower and there was water all over the floor when I stepped out of the shower... Could be a trip hazard.. No information in the room on check out procedures if any and the room service QR code was not working..

Close to War Memorial, city centre, stadium with secure parking.
Pros:

Everything I could want and need for my stay. Studio unit came with a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, drawer dishwasher, full size washing machine and dryer. The tv was big and the couches were comfortable. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of clothes storage. Parking are was secure and most spaces are undercover. Light rail is 5 minutes walk around the corner and you are only 2 stops from the city centre.

Cons:

The man at reception forgot to tell me how to turn the power on (push you room key into the slot)!

Cons:

I was surprised to find the disabled bathroom, normally it'd be fine but it had a few issues. First of all there were no shelves or any surface area to put the toiletries. Then the shower curtain was too short, so the entire bathroom floor got wet if you take a shower.

To make matters worse, there was a water leak under the carpet that grew bigger over the two days I stayed. The technician promised to fix it, but he never did. Since we were checking out the next day, we couldn’t be bothered to ask again. If it doesn’t dry soon, it might get mouldy and musky.

There were no fly screens so we could not really open the sliding doors because there were many bugs and moths.
The apartment also lack of proper house-keeping. For example, there were only one dishwashing tablet. The toaster was chucked under the sink behind the garbage bin... Overall just felt like it struggles to maintain basic service standards.
