Won’t be going back.
Pros:

Close to the city centre.

Cons:

No hot water till 11 pm. No goads around shower just a smelly shower curtain.

Perfect for short or long term stay with peace and quite. Value for money.
Pros:

Very quite and the staff only contacted us when we requested them and to make up the room. Very spacious and clean. Had everything we required plus more. Like living at home

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was not as good or comfortable as we would have liked. This was the reason for not perfect scores

Customer service was extremely poor. I would go as far to say ‘what customer service’.

Dryer did not work. Double bed was 2 single beds placed together so could not sleep in middle of bed, had to pick a side of the bed to sleep on. If you don’t have a shower first thing in the morning (no later than 7am) you get a lukewarm shower. Only 1 luggage trolley and it’s not available there is no assistance from staff to help with luggage.

It was a very good hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very nicely built and kept the Canberra cold out and i liked how the free wifi was actually accessible and it was about 70mb download and 50mb upload.

Cons:

The food was extremely overpriced and the tv had a interesting os that charged you 15 dollers per movie.
