Pros:

I was upgraded on check in to a larger suite which was appreciated.
The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the location is conveniently 10-15 minutes away from most attractions in the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room is was upgraded to was an accessible suite, and all the appliances was down low. This meant I was having to bend down to access the fridge and microwave and everything was the perfect height for my 2 year old to reach so I was needing to be hyper-vigilant.

i paid $370 for 1 night for a 2 bed apartment, checked in reception asks do i want to pay for parking ? that's another $15, really after paying $370 for just 1 night and they cant even supply parking ? i checked loads of free spaces, but nope reception wont help, so i parked 1 block away, $15 is nothing but i wasn't giving it to them !

Spacious room and washroom. But the mattress is too soft for me.
Pros:

The studio unit is spacious and sparkling clean, I like the bathroom since is big enough with full amenities.

Cons:

The bed is huge, however the pillow and mattr as is too soft for me.
