The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. Good location ; we were able to leave our car parked in the secure car park and catch the light rail into the city. The light rail stop was about a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
David in reception was very helpful.
The water in both the shower and the sink was not very hot. Everything else was great.
The room was spacious and well furnished, though dining chairs did show a bit of aging. The bed was comfortable, we noticed no electric blanket, but one wasn't needed, as due to west facing glass doors the room received sun in the afternoons and on closing the doors and blinds the room stayed lovely and warm, so much so that for the 5 nights we were there, in mid July, we did not need the air conditioner. So, 6th or 7th floor, facing west in winter is what we'd ask for in the future, probably not summer though.
The only thing that would have been appreciated would be decent sized coffee mugs instead of little teacups.
Excellent service and staff members. Good location. The war memorial and city centre is close by. Comfortable bed and spacious room.

The shower gels, shampoo and conditioner were all full, but the pump didnt work so i was .left with out toiletries

Room wasn’t ready for 3pm check in, had to wait an hour to get it sorted. Could get the TV in the lounge room to work on any channel. Could have some instruction and general info supplied in room…..
Staff were friendly
Rooms were filthy. Towels tiny. I think housekeeping came once during the 5nights we were there. As for an extra blanket twice. Rooms were freezing and no spare linen?

The sheets on the bed didn't fit properly. Not evenly across the bed.
Clean, modern and great location.
Beds need to be updated, we had half of the bed sag and the other half firm. No cleaning accessories e.g. broom and dust pan.
There were no positives
Upon walking into our two bedroom apartment there was such a strong smell of cigarette smell. It was so bad that spraying room deodorant did nothing. In the main area the furniture was dirty and when we pulled out the sofa bed there was no mattress however there was a pile of dust underneath the sofa. The washing machine had not been cleaned in a while as there was washing powder built up in the drawer. I went too complain about the cigarette smell as we couldn’t use the second bedroom and a host came up to our room and he just opened the balcony door and put the air con on. The trouble was it was about 10 degrees in Canberra and even after leaving it all to air for the whole day and night it made no difference. I hope they took the curtains down and washed them and the carpet needed to be shampooed to see is that would alleviate the smell. It was that bad. They had no other rooms available and offered a refund of $32.00 which is what we paid for parking.
I will not be rebooking at this place ever again.
location was very convenient, few mins from dickson shops. the one bedroom apartment was big, complete with kitchen and washer/dryer. the spa in the room is also a big plus. kids loved the place.
bed was a bit too soft for my liking. a bit hard getting out of the spa, so some step stool in the bath might help

The phone in the room didn't work and had a faint bipping sound constantly

Cleaning was not done properly. The hot water kettle was too dirty, and the room smelled filthy.
