We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Welcome and service on arrival was excellent.
The location and view from the room was very good.

Cons:

The shower floor is very slippery and dangerous, it needs a shower mat. It also needs to be better lit.
The guest laundry drier did not heat up.

The location was great and the staff were super accommodating and friendly 10/10

Cons:

When I booked it said we had a beach view but we were put in a downstairs room with no view. The hotel didn’t seem very busy either so feel if they’d given us a good room with view we’d go back. I thought the rooms were a bit dated for the price. There wasn’t enough towels and bathmats in the room although staff brought more when I asked. The shower just left a lot of water everywhere.

Everything was nice and tidy thought the prices for the wine was resonable.

Cons:

The bed with the join in the middle also the comfort. And the spa bath was a bit small.

False advertising. Don’t get a working fireplace as per photos
Pros:

Large rooms

Cons:

Location was too far from town centre and the whole reason we booked this hotel room was the fireplace. Paid a bit extra looking for something cozy and romantic. Pictures showed a working fireplace only to be told they don’t work.

Our Heritage Suite is a level above the standard hotel room and good for its quietness, spaciousness
Pros:

Spacious well presented room with an element of elegance, plus the supply of glasses, china and cutlery to enable us to prepare our own breakfast.

Cons:

Given the coolness of the evening on our 5.30 pm arrival, it would have been nice if the room heating had been turned on to remove the initial chilliness.

Apart from the noise at nighttime, the stay was excellent.
Pros:

Great view, first time travelling by myself. Handy to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

At nighttime had to pull the card out of its wall socket due to the noise (Humming sound). Meant power was lost but it did not matter as was going to bed.

Perfect stay and great shopping area, close to the beach, and food,all with in walking distance
Pros:

We had a lovely sea view, and found the room was very clean and relaxing, the crown was a rare find loved our stay and will definitely be back.
