Les commodités de restauration sur place ne sont pas ayla hauteur.
Le personnel ne cherche pas à répondre efficacement au besoin du client et se contente de dire que c'est pas possible.

Bon rapport qualité/prix....MAIS surprenant que l'hotesse d'accueil me demande m'a carte bleue à notre arrivée pour sois-disant une garantie bancaire alors que ma reservation etait payée ! Elle a recopié tous les chiffres de ma carte y compris le code secur de 3 chiffres sur son ordinateur ( ou autre) ....sans jamais passée ma carte dans un terminal.... 48h apres mon compte a eté piraté sur 3 hotels differents de la chaine Accord ( 3 jours de suite ) pour une somme de 1000 euros .... responsable injoignable /plate forme par IA / 4 numeros differents essayés....j ai fini par essayer de contacter l'hotel même par Insta mais sans aucune reponse à mes messages..... inadimissible.......
