Sobe in kopalnice, že zelo dotrajana oprema.
Zajtrk, 1 uro pred zaključkom, ni bilo več nič za slani zajtrk in nihče se ne pobriga, da bi manjkajoče jedi dopolnil... niti pomarancnega soka niso dopolnili, ko je bil vrč prazen.

Pulito e accogliente, personale super. Silenzioso. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo

Cons:

La colazione. Alle 7.30 mancavano già piatti posate e cibo e le signore addette al buffet erano in palese difficoltà per mancanza di organico. Consigliamo di mettere più personale, il cibo era squisito ma abbiamo atteso tanto per avere i cappuccini e veder tornare cibo nel buffet.

Pros:

la struttura è in un ambiente un po' defilato ma silenzioso con ampia possibilità di parcheggio (gratuito) in loco. la reception aperta 24 h su 24 agevola molto chi deve appoggiarsi lì per usufruire dell'aeroporto, vicino 7/8 km dalla struttura. ottima disponibilità e gentilezza delle persone al desk che gestiscono l'hotel per le richieste effettuate.

Cons:

abbiamo preso due camere distinte e speravo di averle vicine invece eravamo su due piani differenti anche se parte della colpa è mia poiché non ho effettuato la richiesta in fase di prenotazione

Siisti sisustus. Kiva aamupala. Ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu. Kätevä sijainti meille, rauhallinen alue.

Cons:

Huoneessa ilmanvaihto piti kovaa ääntä, huoneessa oli liian lämmin, matto oli likainen. Taaperolle ei ollut pottaa. Ravintola ei ollut auki vaikka piti ilmeisesti olla, illalla.
