Please note that Raffles Makkah Palace does not permit food from outside the hotel. Please note that during Month of Ramadan Breakfast will be served as Iftar & Dinner will be served as Sohour.

Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in.

If the guest is not the cardholder or if the credit card used is not provided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. The hotel cannot honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without presenting the credit card and the cardholder's authorization.

The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to non-compliance of these requirements. Hotel will require a pre-authorization letter from the credit card holder enabling the hotel to charge the full payment non refundable for the entire stay.

From 18 April 2026, entry to and stay in Makkah will not be permitted without a valid permit, Hajj visa, or approved work permit. Umrah visa holders must leave the Kingdom by 18 April 2026. Umrah permits via Nusuk will be suspended from 18 April to 31 May 2026. Hotels in Makkah may not accommodate guests without valid permits during this period. All travel and accommodation are subject to official government regulations and updates.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Our stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was excellent. The location is perfect, just a few steps from Al Masjid Al Haram. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious food, and the restaurant managers and morning team were friendly, attentive, and highly professional.

A very special thank you to Hasan at the reception. He is one of the best hotel employees we have ever met. When I became ill, he personally accompanied us to the hospital and showed us the way, making sure we arrived safely. He also helped us with our stay by arranging a discount on our room, which we truly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he was always kind, respectful, caring, and ready to help with anything we needed. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Raffles is very fortunate to have an employee like Hasan.

Cons:

The only issue was the housekeeping service. Whenever we requested extra towels or bottled water, it took quite a long time for them to be delivered. Faster response from the housekeeping team would make the experience even better.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق جميلة بكل تفاصيلها، فكل شيء كان مميزًا ومنظمًا. أود أن أتقدم بالشكر والتقدير للموظف عبدالله الزهراني، فقد كان بشوشًا ومتعاونًا للغاية، وقدم لي كل المساعدة التي احتجتها بكل رحابة صدر.
قام بشرح مرافق الفندق بشكل كامل، واهتم بتوصيلي إلى الغرفة والتأكد من راحتي. بالفعل كان من أفضل الموظفين الذين تعاملت معهم، ويستحق كل الشكر والتقدير على حسن تعامله واحترافيته.
وكذالك الاخت حنين في المطعم شكراً

Definitely will stay there again.
Pros:

It was a great stay and amazing room. The view was out of this world.

Cons:

The fact that we had to wait because the royal suite we booked was unavailable and apparently given to another guest the night before. But we were substituted with a great upgrade.
