Please note that Raffles Makkah Palace does not permit food from outside the hotel. Please note that during Month of Ramadan Breakfast will be served as Iftar & Dinner will be served as Sohour.

If the guest is not the cardholder or if the credit card used is not provided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. From 18 April 2026, entry to and stay in Makkah will not be permitted without a valid permit, Hajj visa, or approved work permit. Umrah visa holders must leave the Kingdom by 18 April 2026. Umrah permits via Nusuk will be suspended from 18 April to 31 May 2026. Hotels in Makkah may not accommodate guests without valid permits during this period. All travel and accommodation are subject to official government regulations and updates.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. كانت تجربة رائعة وتنعاد إن شاء الله.

النظافه والفخامة والروحانية وقربه من الحرم وكذلك مصلى الفندق نظيف وروحانية المكان.
