Please note that Raffles Makkah Palace does not permit food from outside the hotel. Please note that during Month of Ramadan Breakfast will be served as Iftar & Dinner will be served as Sohour.

Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in.

If the guest is not the cardholder or if the credit card used is not provided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. The hotel cannot honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without presenting the credit card and the cardholder's authorization.

The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to non-compliance of these requirements. Hotel will require a pre-authorization letter from the credit card holder enabling the hotel to charge the full payment non refundable for the entire stay.

From 18 April 2026, entry to and stay in Makkah will not be permitted without a valid permit, Hajj visa, or approved work permit. Umrah visa holders must leave the Kingdom by 18 April 2026. Umrah permits via Nusuk will be suspended from 18 April to 31 May 2026. Hotels in Makkah may not accommodate guests without valid permits during this period. All travel and accommodation are subject to official government regulations and updates.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Raffles Makkah Palace’ta geçirdiğimiz konaklama gerçekten kusursuzdu. Otelin Harem’e olan yakınlığı büyük bir rahatlık sağlıyor; kahvaltısı ise hem çok lezzetli hem de oldukça zengin ve çeşitliydi.

Bizi en çok etkileyen şeylerden biri personelin ilgisi oldu. Konaklamamız boyunca herkes son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Üstelik otelden ayrıldıktan sonra bile bizi arayıp konaklamamızın nasıl geçtiğini sordular. Bu düşünceli yaklaşım kendimizi gerçekten değerli hissettirdi.

Konaklama öncesinden ayrılış sonrasına kadar her şey özenle düşünüldü. Raffles Makkah Palace’ı gönülden tavsiye ediyoruz; Mekke’de tekrar konaklayacak olursak hiç düşünmeden yeniden tercih ederiz.

Our stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was truly exceptional. The hotel’s proximity to the Haram made everything so convenient, and the breakfast was delicious, generous, and offered a wonderful variety.

What impressed us most was the care and attention from the staff. Everyone was warm, thoughtful, and ready to help throughout our stay. Even after we had checked out, the hotel called to ask how our experience had been. That level of genuine care made us feel truly valued.

From before our arrival until after our departure, everything was handled with great attention. We wholeheartedly recommend Raffles Makkah Palace and would be delighted to stay there again on our next visit to Makkah.

Unser Aufenthalt im Raffles Makkah Palace war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Nähe zum Haram ist sehr angenehm und macht vieles besonders unkompliziert. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sehr lecker und bot eine große Auswahl.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die herzliche und aufmerksame Betreuung durch das Personal. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts waren alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Selbst nach unserer Abreise hat das Hotel angerufen und sich erkundigt, wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Diese persönliche Aufmerksamkeit hat uns sehr berührt.
