хороший отель: большие номера, очень удобные кровати! месторасположение - отличное, совсем близко вокзал

Cons:

Ездить в лифте по карточкам, не самое удобное. И завтрак, все-таки хотелось большего разнообразия для европейцев, нет сыра, йогурт - один вид..

Оптимальное место проживания в Шанхае
Pros:

Ожидаемое качество сетевого отеля. Отсутствие запаха курева в номерах. Удобное расположение рядом с метро, магазином и кафе/ресторанами на любой вкус. Наличие автомата с пауэр-банками в лобби гостиницы. Персонал на ресепшн говорит на английском.

Cons:

Персонал на завтраке мог бы понимать английский получше или честно признаваться, что плохо понимает, тогда общались бы через переводчик. Из-за языкового барьера были проблемы с заказом яичницы для семьи из трех человек, сотруднику трудно было понять, что один человек может заказать три блюда.

Pros:

Удобное месторасположение, рядом станция метро. Персонал приветливый, круглосуточно готовы прийти на помощь. Разные виды подушек, хорошее постельное белье, хороший напор воды на высоком этаже. Доставляют воду, тапочки, полотенца. Уборка качественная

Cons:

Завтрак мог бы быть лучше. Сложно найти что-то ребенку, много еды китайской. Но в целом хороший завтрак, есть фрукты, супы.
Пожалуй, единственный минус в отеле в том, что взяли депозит. Проживание стоимюло 1500 юаней, взяли 2500. Хотя у нас могло не оказаться такой суммы, о депозите не предупреждали. При выезде отменило всю покупку на 2500, вернулось на карту в юанях и заново списали 1500. Получили двойную конвертацию и потерю на комиссии.
Не добавляют дополнительную кровать ребенку (9лет), предлагали заменить номер. Еле-еле уговорила постелись на софе, которая есть в номере, по размеру ее хватило.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
Pros:

Very nice breakfast, friendly staff. Location is convenient to the metro. Very good place to rest up upon arriving in China. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable.
