Parfait pour un séjour touristique
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé à 3-4 mn à pieds d’une station de métro. Dans le quartier il y a plusieurs ndroits où prendre le petit déjeuner,manger.Il y a également un petit centre commercial avec un supermarché,ce qui est bien pratique. L’hôtel est très bien, la chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le personnel parle un peu anglais et est très disponible en cas de besoin. Hôtel parfait pour un séjour touristique

Great stay, would return again
Pros:

The service staff was exceptionally helpful with every request we made during the trip

Cons:

Some service stuff kept giving glances to my friends in an offending manner and also it would be helpful to have a hotel microwave where we could reheat our food. When I asked if reheating was possible the counter desk told me to head to the nearest lawsons to heat it up.

Bon hôtel. Attention au déposit si carte Visa étrangère
Pros:

Dans le quartier des affaires avec bus au pied de l'hôtel pour le centre ville assez proche. Sinon métro Hanzhong Road à 270 m. Chambre très spacieuse en hauteur (ai spécifié), literie confortable, aucun bruit extérieur, programmes TV en chinois avec dramas impériaux reposants. Détail amusant : un rideau métallique peut être actionné pour rendre la douche discrète depuis la chambre. Le buffet petit déjeûner est très varié et de bonne qualité
Le Strand est admirable ainsi que le Musée d'Histoire de Shanghaï

Cons:

Réclame un dépôt très important (en Yuan seulement) équivalent à un tiers du prix total du séjour, ce qui n'est pas indiqué sur la page Booking.com de l'hôtel, lorsque paiement avec une VISA étrangère. Dans notre cas, au prix de 3500 Yuan (450 €/515 US$) pour les trois nuits, ont du être immobilisés 1500 Yuan (190 €/ 220 US$) supplémentaires à titre du dépôt (!!). Ce dépôt est restitué dans le mois après le checkout (attention, pas de remboursement en tant que tel, mais "somme modifiée" du prix total du séjour payé).

AGREABLE
Pros:

L’hôtel correspond parfaitement à la description présentée sur Booking. Il offre tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Son emplacement est pratique, avec un centre commercial et plusieurs restaurants juste en face. Il est également situé à une courte distance en voiture des principaux sites touristiques et attractions de la ville.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et offrent une belle vue. La literie est confortable et très propre, tout comme l’ensemble de la chambre, qui est bien entretenue.

Une mention particulière au service de conciergerie, qui a été très efficace, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes.



Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hôtel pour son confort, son emplacement et la qualité de son service.

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui pourrait être plus varié et davantage adapté à une clientèle internationale et occidentale.

Par ailleurs, au moment de notre départ, la caution était toujours bloquée, ce qui mériterait d’être traité plus rapidement.
