Está lleno de polvo y mal limpio de clientes anteriores. No limpian todos los días las habitaciones estuvimos tres días y la limpiaron al cuarto día. Las puertas no llegan al final del suelo se escucha todo. Lo único bueno la ubicación y el tiempo de la devolución de la fianza

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing.

First, upon check-in, the receptionist requested a €100 security deposit, even though I had already paid for my reservation through Booking.com. We were told that the deposit would be returned at check-out. However, we did not have cash with us, and if we paid by card, we were informed that it could take up to a week for the refund to appear in our account, which was very inconvenient.

Additionally, when we entered our room, it was extremely hot due to the heating system ( June). We tried to turn it off, but it continued running. We informed the reception, and the receptionist assured us that the issue would be fixed. However, when we returned later, the heating was still on. We were then told that nothing could be done. We requested a room change, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked. Instead, we were given a small fan, which did not help at all.

Furthermore, we requested a late check-out and received confirmation from the receptionist. However, the next morning, a staff member opened our room door while we were still asleep. This was both shocking and inappropriate. When we explained that we had arranged a late check-out, she told us that the receptionist had not informed her.

Overall, the service was very poor and did not justify the price we paid for the room. Due to these issues, I would not recommend this property.

They put us on a room in the basement. in Booking it was compeletely different and it was upstairs. It was pretty poor and old and not clean.

Abbiamo preso una notte in extremis in questo ostello, praticamente il giorno prima per il giorno dopo per una questione di necessità. Lo abbiamo scelto chiaramente per il prezzo che è assolutamente fuori dai soliti costi legati a una stanza ad Amsterdam essendo decisamente molto basso. Ci aspettavamo dunque qualcosa di spartano, ma le nostre aspettative sono state assolutamente superate dall’esperienza che abbiamo fatto. Avevamo una camera budget, quindi una delle più piccole con bagno in comune. Ho apprezzato il fatto che ci fosse almeno il lavandino in camera. La stanza era soffocante: termosifone acceso con 27 gradi fuori a fine maggio. Abbiamo provato a spegnerlo, lo abbiamo segnalato più volte ma niente, nessuno è riuscito a spegnerlo. Abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta (su una delle strade principali di Amsterdam vuol dire praticamente non chiudere occhio) e con un ventilatore che non si reggeva in piedi. Un disastro. I bagni in comune non sono puliti ma sono decenti, le docce meno ma questo dipende principalmente dal fenotipo che alloggia in posti come questo. Le stanze hanno i muri di cartapesta e gli ospiti dell’ostello hanno tutt’altro in mente che dormire di notte. L’ostello non offre alcun servizio, neanche l’ascensore, e il deposito di 100 euro a mio avviso è assolutamente fuori luogo. Pagandolo in contanti comunque ci è stato restituito al check out io giorno dopo. Lo staff è gentile ma non può fare niente di più che scusarsi se le cose non funzionano.

I was stayed in peak summer in 4th floor and I desperately needed a fan or cooler which was not available in room.
