Lovely stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious - had lunch and dinner in the hotel. Great selection for breakfast too. Lovely atmosphere in the bar - we stayed on a Friday night. Nice singer there from 10pm. Great nights sleep and not too much noise from other rooms in the morning.

Cons:

Only a little niggle... would have preferred bath sheets in the bathroom. Towels were too small, but as it was only one night it wasn't a big deal.

Staff lovely but disappointed
Pros:

Our shower water was black. Staff were nice but extremely disappointed as I couldn't brush my teeth or shower. Only to use the leisure centre. They gave us free breakfast but it just wasn't good enough . They offered a new room but apparently the water was so bad in every room. It is a lovely hotel apart from that.
