A beautiful, sumptuously furnished hotel with high standards in all departments.
Pros:

This beautiful hotel has kept is British Embassy feel and is well maintained, each communal room sumptuously furnished.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfasts each day had plenty of choices and were taken either inside or outside in the very pretty garden.
Our room had a small balcony and was at the back of the hotel but with a pleasant view and was very comfortable.
The car park was spacious and very secure.

Cons:

The location meant it was a 20-25 minute walk to the main town. There is a bus stop right outside.
Other than that, nothing.

This was absolutely beautiful place to stay breakfast wad lovely rooms were amazing especially in the main part of the building 😊the staff we're lovely friendly and very helpful and the best bit was the pool and jacuzzi loved the hole thing 😀 💓🫶

Hotel perfecto para estancia en chania

Hotel situado a 25 minutos a pie del centro de chania,cerca de la playa urbana de chania y con un paseo marítimo con muchos restaurantes a 10 minutos del hotel.
El hotel esta ubicado en un edificio antiguo muy bonito y por dentro esta decorado como una casa de principios del siglo XX
Nos dieron una suite al precio de una habitación simple porque estuviéramos mas cómodos con la peque.

Moc příjemný a pohodlný hotel. Má krásnou atmosféru. Vše proběhlo bez problémů. Jen pěší cesta do centra není úplně příjemná. Celkově jsme ale byli v Chanii moc spokojeni.

Pros:

Le personnel, en particulier Eleftheria, était très aimable et attentionné. Eleftheria nous a très bien conseillé pour choisir nos balades (Balos, Elafonissiz, etc). Merci beaucoup !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol c’est le fait que la balance dans le hall ne soit pas à disposition des hôtes gratuitement. Nous avions du payer pour l’utiliser.

Le lieu est beau, la localisation parfaite . Excellent déjeuner.

Cons:

Clim fait beaucoup de bruit et est vieille. Le personnel non présent à l’arrivée, manque de produits dans les chambres économiques ( aucun shampooing ni revitalisant) . Indication difficile pour l’arrivée et le stationnement. La piscine est plutôt un grand bassin et l’espace terrasse sur le toit pas très organisé.

Historic hotel, with good facilities and super friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Check in process quick and easy - I arrived late from a cancelled flight, and everything was arranged quickly.
The breakfast was good and went on quite late.
I had to hang around after checking out of room. Roof terrace was pleasant with splash pool and jacuzzi. I was offered to shower in the gym/sauna are before my flight which was really welcome.
Nice salad lunch.
Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
Arranged the airport transfer for similar price to airport taxi.

Cons:

It was all fine for my short (unexpected) stay.
A little more information about the history of the hotel would have been interesting (eg photos of its use as an embassy)

Fußläufig zur Altstadt, sehr ruhig gelegen, großes Zimmer und sehr schönes Bad, idyllischer Garten.
Perfekter abgeschlossener Parkplatz.

Très bien après avoir changé pour une chambre plus spacieuse
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur au son d’une musique douce
La vue sur la façade de l’hôtel la nuit !

Cons:

La chambre réservée était beaucoup trop petite pour 3 personnes. Nous avons dû changer pour une plus grande avec rajout de 50€ par nuit !
Le reste était bien.
