During check-in, the receptionist was rather cold and unfriendly. Additionally, there was no staff available to assist with our luggage, and room service left much to be desired, offering a very limited menu of poor quality

Ich war anlässlich eines Symposiums dort und habe es sehr genossen dort zu sein.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und komfortabel mit allen Extras eingerichtet, allerdings wirkt alles etwas steril und nicht sehr wohnlich bzw.gemütlich.

Schöner Stadturlaub in einem schönen Hotel.
Pros:

Die Bar im Wintergarten auf dem Dachgeschoss war extra für die Hotelgäste geöffnet, dass war eine sehr schöne Geste , als Entschädigung für die Verlegung des Frühstücksraum in den 4.Stock.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war infolge des Umbaus in den 4.Stock verlegt worden und war daher nicht wirklich angenehm. Ansonsten war das Angebot der Speisen nicht schlecht.
Eine Kaution von 100 Euro pro Tag pro Zimmer bei schon vorausbezahlter Rechnung war definitiv nicht in Ordnung.

Top Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

War schon sehr oft im Hotel . Modern und sehr sauber . Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Frühstück leider nicht am Dach des Hotels .
Es ist mit über 40€ p.P etwas teuer , aber im höchsten Stock, mit wirklich einzigartigem Ausblick immer ein Highlight.

Ich hätte kein Frühstück gebucht , hätte ich gewusst das es im 4. Stock ist .

Lage top , Personal top , Zimmer veraltet aber in Ordnung , Frühstück katastrophal

Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich , gute Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Jeden Tag dreckige Teller beim improvisierten Frühstück , da das Roof Top umgebaut wird , was uns beim buchen natürlich verschwiegen wurde , das wäre ja das Highlight des Hotels gewesen. Zimmer sauber aber veraltet ( Wasser läuft im WC aus , Lavabostöpsel defekt )

The hotel was amazing. Probably the most comfortable stay in have had in Europe in a while.

The staff was super helpful and cheerful. The suite was comfortable and well equipped. The bed was super comfy which was great after a long day of sightseeing.
