Hotel is quite high and allow for a very nice view of the City.
It is even better during breakfast or a drink at the "Das Loft" on top floor.
I was upgraded to a very big room. very clean.
staff were great, including cleaning team that came to ask if i am missing anything in the days i Signaled that cleaning is not necessary.

Cons:

Hotel is located on the edge of the center . i liked it but some may need to adjust.
Public transport is very conveniently located 250m from the hotel.

Excellent stay with the friendliest staff
Pros:

The Hotel location is excellent with an amazing roof top view. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was my husbands birthday and they organised a birthday breakfast delivered to the room which was excellent.

Cons:

Our room sadly had one window with the blind not closing but apart from that it was very good

While checking in; we re not informed of being punished of 250 Euros if smoking in the room.

While checking out; whether i told that we’re not informed about non smoking rooms, They did not even listen to me.
Furthermore; They fined of 250 euros.

They took my 250 euros and the did not even give me a receipt or something like that.

I do not know who take my money; the hotel? Reception man? City authorities? No receipt. It is like robbery. They should have informed me abaut money fee before my accomodation!!!!!

Luxusní bydlení blizko centra
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita na kraji centra, pesky 10 minut do centra, prostorný apartmán, úžasný vyhled. Výborné snídaně v posledním patře, studený bufet i výběr a la carte.

Cons:

Na první pohled působí apartmán tmavě, mohlo by být vice svítidel. Několik vad v apartmánu, dveře do koupelny drhly, nešlo vytahnout roletu u jednoho okna. Postel měla mekkou matraci a zdála se být proleželá. Na vady jsme upozornili a měly by být odstraněny.

I didn't like I had to put 700 euro as deposit I think way to much was big shock that put me off my holiday straight away .

Top! Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Es war wieder ein tolles Erlebnis, zumal auch das Wetter gepasst hatte. Herrliche Sicht über die Stadt. Schönes und sauberes großes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal und reichhaltiges Frühstück.
