Tutto impeccabile
Pros:

Ho gia' alloggiato in questo hotel e come al solito tutto e' stato perfetto, colazione, camere grandi spaziose grande balcone prodotti ed omaggi in camera. Letto super confortevole, personale gentilissimo, hotel vicino a locali e ristoranti nella zona Palermo molto sicura

Pros:

Muy lindo hotel, con todas las instalaciones impecables, un servicio muy bueno y el tamaño justo para poder usar todo sin problemas o demoras. El personal muy receptivo y atento. Todo MUY MUY limpio. El gimnasio completo y el desayuno con muchas opciones.

Cons:

La verdad nada, todo espectacular. Solo mencionaría aspectos menores.. que no molestan en absoluto, solo detalles, como por ejemplo que la bañera le cuesta un poco evacuar el agua y en el desayuno incluir opcion de huevos (revueltos) sin leche sobre todo en mi caso que no puedo comer lactosa.

Amazing Stay in Buenos Aires
Pros:

Our stay at Ilum Home Experience Hotel in Buenos Aires from May 12–24 was absolutely unforgettable. We traveled to celebrate our wedding anniversary on May 14, and thanks to the incredible staff, this became one of the most special trips of our lives.
We especially want to recognize the amazing front desk team: Matias, Jose, Martina, Denise, Milena, Gonzalo N, and Gonzalo R. Their kindness, professionalism, local recommendations, and genuine care made us feel completely at home.
A heartfelt thank you also to Melanie, Melody, the breakfast team, and the chef who prepared the most delicious chicken soup for me upon request. We are also deeply grateful to Debora and the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate every single day and always going the extra mile for our comfort.
Special thanks to manager Florencia Gonzalez for the thoughtful champagne gift for our anniversary and the beautiful welcome wine courtesy from the hotel and Expedia.
The hotel’s location in Palermo Hollywood is another huge highlight. It is one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires—safe, vibrant, beautiful, and surrounded by incredible restaurants and cafés.
Ilum Home Experience is no longer just a hotel for us; it is our home in Buenos Aires. We cannot wait to return.

El personal super amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.
El desayuno super completo y si tienes alguna restricción alimentaria te ayudan a resolverlo.
La mucama limpiaba fuera del horario.
Recepción también super amables

Cons:

Sábado de noche no pudimos dormir estábamos en el block del fondo que da a una discoteca en la vereda del frente.
Ruido intensamente fuerte hasta las 6am non stop.

Near perfect but not
Pros:

This is a near luxury property. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. The room was spotless. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is impressive. However, you have to be buzzed into the hotel from the front desk. They will buzz anyone in who approaches the main door. You do not need to show your key or other credentials to be let in. This lack of real security was alarming. Management is argumentative instead of being gracious. When you are told your room is second best, not one of their best, you know you have an untrained staff for an aspirational luxury property. Highly recommended but not if you want a true luxury experience.

Ótima localização, equipe prestativa e café excelente
Pros:

O café da manhã e o atendimento da equipe são excelentes, com destaque para Matias e Milena. O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem quarto espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

O único detalhe que impediu o hotel de tirar dez foi a vedação do box do banheiro, que não estava boa e deixava a água molhar o banheiro. Se o conseguir consertar, será excelente.
