This is a mid range hotel with some nice rooms on second floor facing beach.
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and substantial breakfast though let down by cut fruit not being freshly prepared. Staff made decent coffee to order. Able to change room in middle of night when next door room too noisy and given a much nicer room for second night. We really appreciated the fact that we were able to move room quickly when we needed to. Overall a positive experience.

Cons:

Initial room not very large and tired looking. Walls paper thin, able to hear tv in next door room even when turned down. Overall feeling is of faded elegance.

Bella struttura da migliorare con qualche accorgimento
Pros:

La struttura era pulita e centralissima e la colazione si faceva in una bellissima terrazza con affaccio sul porto

Cons:

Non c’erano opzioni vegane per la colazione, nonostante io l’avessi comunicato una settimana prima del mio arrivo.
In camera una lampadina era rotta e ci hanno sbagliato le asciugamani, dandoci un tappetino a testa invece dell’asciugamano per le mani

Perfetto per vivere Portovenere
Pros:

Posizione super con vista sul mare; colazione in terrazza, dolce e salata, con grandissima varietà di prodotti freschi. Possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento, gestito direttamente dall'hotel, proprio accanto all'ingresso. L'hotel perfetto per una visita a Portovenere!

Très belle endroit pour profiter de Portovenere.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé avec petit déjeuner copieux.
Personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Il ne faut pas un voisin qui regarde la télé, insonorisation entre chambre pas top.

La gentilezza la chiarezza nelle informazioni la disponibilità. Ho notato che si fanno in 4 per parlare o lasciare indicazioni ai turisti i inglese francese spagnolo e al une lingue dell est Europa. Cosa non scontata specialmente in francia.Ottima colazione
