Vi hade en fantastisk semester. Älskade utsikten och art strosa på den lilla strand promenaden.

Cons:

Lo hanno chiamato overbooking ma è apparso più come incapacità o piuttosto raggiro. Se metti la struttura su più piattaforme devi essere capace di gestirle salvo che lo scopo non sia quello di riempire un'altra struttura a detta loro di qualità superiore ma molto più scomoda quantomeno per la modalità di vacanza da me programmata. Invece pago in anticipo, ricevo tutte le conferme, mi metto in viaggio e appena arrivo mi chiamano per dirmi che la camera non è più disponibile, mi rimetto in moto sotto al caldo quando già pensavo di mettermi comoda, vado a vedere l'altra struttura e non va bene. Per farla breve due ore di telefonate sotto al sole per sentimi dire che ho sbagliato io a scegliere la piattaforma per prenotare (a cui mi affido da anni) e nemmeno una parola di scusa. Se avessi disdetto io ci avrei rimesso l' intero importo (di cui aspetto il rimborso) ma per loro nemmeno una minima penale per la totale mancanza di professionalità.
