Pros:

We were welcomed by a friendly, polite young man on reception. I asked if a twin room was available rather than the double offered on Booking.com, and they were able to change our room.
We didn't eat at the hotel, but it did smell tempting😋.

Cons:

I have mobility issues, so I found the stairs difficult to climb. If I were thinking of booking again, I would ask if they had a ground floor room available.
I would definitely recommend Twin Oaks.
