Pros:

L'accueil et la gentillesse des gérants, l'endroit tranquille et à l'écart de l'agitation du lac. Chambres propres et fonctionnelles. Possibilité de prendre un verre sur la terrasse et bon petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Les chambres peuvent être un peu petites.

L’accoglienza e il comfort non sono certo il loro forte.

Sicuramente la posizione era molto buona e il prezzo non esoso paragonato ad altre strutture nei dintorni. La possibilità di portare il mio cane.

Al nostro arrivo sembravamo aver fatto dispiacere alla signora alla reception. Poco educata, poco enpatica e soprattutto scortese.
La camera era una camera per persone con disabilità che mi sembra sia una cosa non proprio legale visto che dovrebbero tenere la camera libera per chi ne ha bisogno. Alla mia richiesta di lasciare il cane in camera per un’ora nel pomeriggio, mi è stato risposto che non era possibile perché avrebbe potuto disturbare gli altri ospiti. Per inciso si trattava di lasciarlo dalle 16 alle 17. Non dite che accettate gli animali se poi vi preoccupano due possibili abbai. Mai successo prima. In compenso la notte è stata un inferno per via vai di gente rumorosa e temporali. La stanza è la peggio insonorizzata che abbia mai trovato in 30 anni di hotel. Tutto questo non è comunque nulla se paragonato al fastidio di un materasso totalmente sfondato che mi ha causato un mal di schiena atroce. Certo, non sono un peso piuma perché faccio 100kg ma persino mia moglie che ne fa la metà, ha avuto problemi a collo e lombi.
Al mattino ho trovato una terza persona alla reception che mi sembrava molto gentile se paragonata alle due piu anziane incontrate il giorno prima e mi ero ripromesso di scriverlo come nota positiva. Tuttavia al check out, mi ha chiesto se mi fossi trovato bene e alla mia ammissione sul problema del materasso e dell’insonorizzazione, mi ha guardato con disprezzo e rabbia, non si è scusata per il disagio e non mi ha nemmeno più salutato. Se le tre persone incontrate sono proprietari, auguri a voi. Se sono dipendenti, suggerirei ai proprietari di cambiarli con persone più atte a questo mestiere.

Pros:

Proche de Bellagio en voiture, réceptionnistes très gentilles, chambre peu chère avec le strict minimum donc parfait.

Cons:

Chambre assez petite, c'est bien juste pour y dormir mais pas traîner, une fenêtre donne dans la douche et est bloquée par le pommeau de douche donc assez mal agencé. Oreillers très mou.
