Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pleasantly surprised with the extra step of meeting me at my car when I parked
Pros:

The lady that met me at my car, carried my bag to my room and had my room warmed up as I phoned prior to announce my estimated arrival time. These are the little extras that separate the good and the great.

Cons:

The bathroom being so old. It was clean but really could do with an upgrade. Also the pillows were clearly old too.

Amazing!

I have stayed here many times and like that we are able to be transported to and from the airport.
Pros:

Not a very big range on the menu. I guess it covered the bases

Cons:

I wasn't able to order what I felt like for dinner. I had to order the whole meal instead of just the part I could eat. What I left was wasteful

Pros:

I liked that it was close to the airport. It was also excellent that it had its own restaurant which meant I didnt have to leave the premise once I arrived

Lots of room for improvement but would stay again
Pros:

Staff lovely. Convenient to airport, love that you can store your car there and they run you back and forward to airport

Cons:

Heatpump only in bed room and the light on it was huge made sleeping hard, room was freezing when we got there would have been nice if heating had of already been on. Had tea at the restaurant my patty in my burger was raw still, staff were great and re did my meal but should never have been served in the first place
