Für fünf Sterne hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet.

Abend-Essen: Buffet - Vorspeisen prima, Hauptgang eher semi
Frühstück: sehr gut

Cons:

Zimmer: Den Duschkopf hat mein Mann erst einmal repariert, war locker und fiel ab. Auf dem Bett waren noch Krümel bei der Ankunft.

Tolles Hotel, exzellente Küche.Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles top.

Alles war super, das Hotel ist abgelegen von großen Ortschaften und sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches, entgegenkommendes Personal, das allen unseren Wünschen nachgekommen ist. Die Suite war ideal für uns mit 2 Kindern, geräumig, mit genug Stauraum für Gepäck und Kleidung. Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen.

Sehr zu empfehlende, hochwertige Ferienadresse.

Grosszügige, komfortable Anlage in unberührter Natur. Sehr freundliche und professionell agierende Mitarbeiter. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, auch Nachtessen von sehr guter Qualität.

Das Hotel sehr schön, das Personal super aufmerksam. Der kleine Hund wurde immer mit bedient.Lage: direkt am Meer, aber auf Dauer zu ruhig und abgelegen. Wer Erholung und Entspannung sucht ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben!!

Insgesamt ok, aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel und dem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, wie in anderen 5 Sterne Hotels.
Pros:

Schöne Lage, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, kein Roomservice, bei dem man Essen bestellen kann. Bei dem Preis und bei 5 Sternen sollte das inklusive sein. 30€ für einen Wasserkocher extra zu berechnen, ist zu viel. Einige Personen vom Personal waren freundlich, andere hingegen von oben herab und sehr unfreundlich. Roomservice am Nachmittag nur auf Nachfrage, nicht 100 prozentig sauber geputzt.

Tolle Lage sehr freundliches Personal, Wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang an der Ostsee. Netter Sondernservice für meinen Sohn beim Abendessen.

Cons:

Die Lichter im Zimmer waren nicht einfach unabhängig voneinander aus und anzuschalten.

Direkte Lage zum Strand und gute Anbindung der Radwege, sehr ruhige Lage und super leckeres Essen.
