Die Lage ist traumhaft schön..alles schnell erreichbar 👍
Einkaufscenter, Tesco,M&S, the Lanes...und sehr nah am Strand, Bahnhof alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer Tür klemmte , so das ich einmal nur mit Hilfe meines Mannes rauskam und der Duschschlauch war sehr lose angebracht so das man ihn nicht richtig einhängen konnte.Fliesen im Bad an der Erde schon kaputt. Waren zu einer heißen Zeit dort, Ventilator hat nichts gebracht im Zimmer und Fenster ging nur ein kleines Stück zu öffnen.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and good value for money

Cons:

There was a step down from the main bedroom to the bathroom which wasn’t well marked, I almost had an accident during the night when I went to use the toilet.

We will be back
Pros:

I think this hotel is a great place to stay in Brighton. The location is excellent if you want to be close to the beach. The beds were comfortable, very clean bedding and the whole room was clean and lovely. The fan in the room was a bonus.

Cons:

Nothing really comes to mind...maybe a small fridge to store cold water would be great, when it's over 30deg outside, but not a big deal

The stay is not bad but also not excellent.
Pros:

I like the location of the property as it is near the beach.

Cons:

The room is hot and I expected a bigger fan. The hot water is not reliable as sometimes its too hot and cannot be adjusted and sometimes it takes time for it to become warm for shower. The elevator is also not working sometimes so we need to use the stairs.
